So, it took me awhile to realize that Tower of Dawn was a continuation of the series. I thought it was a new series because the cover is so different. ;)

I think the cover's different because its from Chaol's perspective. So this one is taking place the same time as Empire of Storms, its just happens to Chaol on his journey that Aelin sent him on. I'm really interested to see what this one is like, since its a lot of new characters I think.

And yes, I was so surprised to see a signed copy there! SQUEE!!!! Made my day :)

Today I took my parents to Iowa City to one of our favorite indie bookstores, Prairie LIghts. They were hosting an event tonight with Craig Johnson, the author of the Longmire series. It was a great time! He's a super funny guy! Anyways, here's the books I bought:

I planned to start after my current audio. And it's 44 hours so it may take me several weeks to read, but yea, let's buddy read it! :D I sort of see myself neediing to read it in print so may end up getting a copy sometime in the near future.
