MissJessie | 1286 comments Holes of course. The holes, being only air and not solid, still remain even after the donuts themselves have been eaten and forgotten. Somewhere there is a very very large but invisible cloud of former donut holes, since they all tend to clump together in a herd so they won't get lonely. That explains some of the "turbulence" when flying--since they have a slightly larger than normal air pressure and cause a bump when inadvertently flown into.

Why is there greater air pressure at sea level than on top of a mountain?

why do people call the little balls from the center of donuts holes, when you can see they're really donut balls?
