Been up since 3:00. Went back to bed for an hour this morning but that wasn't for sleeping. Worked out. Answered e-mails. So laid down and slept for an hour at nine. Now I'm good for the day.

On some level we all pull for the underdog. But we also all want to be on the winning team. When it's close, I go for the home team.

@Michelle - Favre should have retired back in the 60's when he was only middle aged.

@kim - If you are going through more than one kid a weekend, you have a problem. I mean a 50-60 pound kid should last you two to three weeks at least. And watch out for your gingerbread house.

My husband is notorious for naming the things he loves {Kara his car, Jules his computer, I forgot his trench coat's name. . .and on and on}.

Penney, I just now finished Portrait in Death by J.D. Robb. I really like the In Death series and this more than most.


The person below me heard a song for the first time this morning. (not the first time they heard music but the first time they heard that particular piece of music for those smart alecs who were thinking of intentionally misunderstanding me)
