Any books with a guy like Daemon?
okay, i suppose that you've continued with the series so you need to read (like my-world-is-collapsing-but-i-couldn't-care-less-as-long-as-you-leave-me-alone-with-my-book need) The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare
The Infernal Devices series by Cassandra Clare
Jace (the male character in the first series) is the blond version of Daemon and he is a kick-ass shadowhunter!
Will (second series) just has different eyes and is from an other era but i assure you that you will want to strangle and at the same time kiss him as much as ou did with Daemon!

I'd say "Hush Hush" by Becca Fitzpatrick.Patch and Daemon have the same 'mysterious-bad boy-dickhead' personality and are both so hot!
I read 'Hush Hush before 'Obsidian' and have lent my sister the book because she is having the same problem as you!

There are plenty , but this daemon is probably the most fluent and natural in his daemonity .

Have you heard of Saving Angel by J.L. Weil? The first book is almost the same as Obsidian (girl and mother move to new town, instant friends with the girl next door but love/hate the guy, town reacts weirdly to them) except it's about demons instead of aliens. :)

Exactly the same. So, should I or should I not read it? Help. :)

For me, I didn't mind so much because it was like a series to keep me going while waiting for Opposition to be released. For the first book, the circumstances are pretty much identical to Obsidian with the characters being the same, with a few tweaks here and there, except with the demon aspect, it gives different plots to the book to make it slightly different to Obsidian, if that makes sense? It starts to become more individual from Lux as you get to the end of the first book and start the sequel as the plots develop. :) So honestly, if you think you could read through it without being annoyed at all the similarities then it's a good series to read if you want something that's like Lux. :) Hope that makes sense haha.

Sweet Evil is also in this topic, so u should like it. But Obsdidian, and this book is just amazing, oh just all this plot and the love story is so cutee, oh my goshh I don't think that I could wait for the next one. I'm realyy impatient..
I've been re-reading this book non-stop! I love the whole aspect of Kat and Daemons relationship, not having the whole "three chapters after they've met and their already madly in love", Its more romantically thrilling that you have to wait awhile before anything exciting actually happens. This book was just absolutely amazing and I cant wait for the next one!

You need to read Penryn and the End of Days. Its seriously amazing. And if you love Daemon then you'll adore Raffe. He's got that hot, sexy, dark, mysterious and sarcastic thing going on. You HAVE to read it.
