I know the feeling. I have to wait ages to read some things because I promise someone (or myself) that I have to read that book. Sometimes I want to read a new book even though I've only just started one (or are close to finishing one) I feel like a new kitten getting distracted all the time. Ooooo look at this - plays for 5 secs - ooooooo what about this! - plays for 5 secs, etc.
This is me ALL the time.

Oh yea, I get that feeling too when I'm trying to find a book to read and I just can't decide what looks good, and I often start a book, get bored with it, and go find a new one, or even in a good series, I'll get frustrated with something and start another book, flipping between the two to "ease the frustration." Or one book will remind me of an old favorite, so I'll go back and reread a book, like I'm constantly doing for VEC

We were chatting and she said she wanted to do some more short stories of what happened in Egypt with Steph, Dapper and Onyx. like some adventures there (might be in the same series as the story about Claudia cuz it says: "Family Ties, #1" and also about the connected with Onyx and Chloe (was it her?) cuz he had history with her BEFORE the series started like a prequel.... BUT HE WAS AN ARSEHOLE THEN! Remember. Embrace. Lincoln. Magda. Beating. Violet. Sword. Stabbing. Ahhhhhh!!!

Oh that's good. I've only read Divergent, truthfully. Not the other two. (Don't tell anyone)
However, I read it many years ago. So it's been awhile.
I have the other two sitting there, though. I did see an advanced screening of the Divergent movie when it came out!
It was alright. Lets just say there were a lot of fangirls there... lots of screaming and wolf-whistling. ^o^
I haven't read that much recently, but I've been trying to read some new releases. So I've read Dorothy Must Die by Danielle Paige, Geek Girl Picture Perfect by Holly Smale, Half Bad by Sally Green, The Geography of You and Me by Jennifer E Smith and of course, City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare.

Yeah, that must've been from one of her other books. It's called This is what Happy Looks Like.
It's pretty good! I think her best novel is The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight, though. (It's coming out as a movie!)

I'm currently reading Winger by Andrew Smith along with Love Letters to the Dead by Ava Dellaira. From my library my major books I have to read before returning are Confessions, The Private School Murders by James Patterson, Amy and Roger's Epic Detour by Morgan Matson, Grasshopper Jungle by Andrew Smith, Rebel by Amy Tintera and I know there's quite a few more of those too!
I also have to read Animal Farm for school.

I'm struggling through Lord of the Rings, well not struggling, but reading very slowly. and also the Great Gatsby.

I tend not to read classics or high-fantasy, but I definitely need to get around to reading those.
I read about half of The Hobbit ages ago, but I didn't end up finishing it. It was good, but a bit slow.
I recently finished Alice's Adventures in Wonderland! I finally got around to reading that, and it was PURE AWESOMENESS! As I said before, I have to read Animal Farm for school, and I think I'm going to also read Peter Pan as well.

A really good classic is the Count of Monte Cristo, it's all about mystery and revenge and it's just a great novel!!!
Yeah, I definitely have to get around to reading that too! So many books to read!!! ARRRGGGGHHHH!!! *major freak-out*I have a bunch of classics sitting on my shelf, that have been there for ages, I just haven't touched them. All of the Wizard of Oz collection, and a whole bunch of other children's classics.
I mean, I've read all of the Anne of Green Gables and The Secret Garden, but other than that...nothing.
