I really liked it! It reminds me of the book The Loners, Quarantine by Lex Thomas (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...). I just got the second one from the library yesterday, I plan on starting it today!

I did not like this book. While I see how some people COULD like it, it never really clicked with me because I couldn't bring myself to care about any of the characters. I basically hated them all - except for the smart boy who worked in the restaurant.

The theme of No Safety is it’s important to help out your community.
That’s the theme because they are trying to stop their community from being blown up from the bomb. Helping to stop the bomb is not just for them but for the community. They are kids but are taking on the responsibility that not many other kids would.
