Hay ladies what do you think. Is this a new series? GR has it listed as #1 in the Night Prince series and on Frost's website she has it listed as a separate series from Night Huntress and Night Huntress World? http://jeanienefrost.com/night-prince... I have a few other options, just wondering what you all thought.

And Frost says on her website:

ONCE BURNED is the start of a new series set in the Night Huntress universe featuring Vlad as the hero and a new character named Leila as the heroine. As of now, two books are contracted for this series, with the possibility for more in the future.

I have over 100 books in my TBR that are in first in a series and I don't know which one to pick!

Once Burned is the first book in a new series. Same with Wicked Nights by Gena Showalter. Even though both take place in the same world or are spinoffs of another series, they are both the start of a new one. :)

If the shelf called is a personal shelf then absolutely. Though we prefer pnr/uf just cause we do, and everyone wants to read the reviews, non-fict is allowed.

I wanted to know JIC because my book club book this month is a non-fiction book. It's also a door-stopper and may be the only book I get in the week I read it. Now I know I can use it one of those happens to be called.

I live in Alaska, and would be on the same day as Steff if they hadn't wiggled and squiggled the international date line to get all of Russia on the east of it, and all of Alaska to the west of it. Since some places have only a few miles between them, it looks odd.
