He is.

Don't look now but I think we lost a moderator.

Lots of Goodreads member..."

Makes sense why there is a scarcity with regards to the more active moderators. I've also noticed that Heidi is AWOL as well. I have read the thread about GR being sold out to Amazon. I get why lots of users are upset about it, but its not worth deleting an account. Bun has read lots of books. I will miss her and her interesting theories.

Jim | 6484 comments Heidi is still here, although she hasn't participated much lately. But I am sure she will be back when she has time.

Susan | 6406 comments I have a life?

I would hate to loose touch with BW for good. Whoever she is operating under, please tell her to find me on FB, or Librarything. *runs there to set up profile*

message 64: by [deleted user] (new)

Ameliapei....

message 65: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm spoiled. Why do things have to change?

message 66: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments I don't like it, either.

message 67: by Kevin (new)

Kevin (ksprink) | 11469 comments I fear change

message 68: by Lobstergirl, el principe (new)

Lobstergirl | 24778 comments Mod
Change is bad. Unless it's good.

message 69: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I rather like change. It makes me feel more alive.

message 70: by Lobstergirl, el principe (new)

Lobstergirl | 24778 comments Mod
Changing underwear is good.

message 71: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) That makes me feel more alive, too.

Alive with the possibilities of hygiene.

message 73: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Or wild strains of bacteria.

message 74: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Yikes.

message 75: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Those, too.

I hear the fields are alive.

The hills?

message 78: by [deleted user] (new)

No, SP...with the sound of music.

message 79: by Martini (new)

Martini (shakenorstirred) | 195 comments At least one of the hills was silent.

message 80: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh, right...the hills were alive, not the fields. Gotcha.

message 81: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 13814 comments Martini wrote: "At least one of the hills was silent."

And some of them have eyes.

message 82: by [deleted user] (new)

Jeeze, creepy twist from Sound of Music...

*sudders*

Martini (shakenorstirred) | 195 comments Sarah Pi wrote: "And some of them have eyes."

This came to my mind when I had posted the comment, too.
Great minds think alike, eh, Sarah Pi? ;-)

message 84: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11837 comments So the hills are alive and have eyes? Yoiks.

message 85: by [deleted user] (new)

Zactly, Phil...run to the sea!

message 86: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Watch out for the Kraken!

message 87: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 13814 comments If you run to the sea, the sea will be boiling.

message 88: by [deleted user] (new)

Hell, is there anywhere safe in y'all's creepy world of eye balls and boiling seas?

The plains, Phil. Head for Nebraska. There's not much in Nebraska...

message 89: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Just a bunch of corn fields (back to fields) and creepy kids named Malachi.

Stop suddering.

message 91: by [deleted user] (new)

...

message 92: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11837 comments I'm running to the clouds.

Are the clouds being creepy?

message 93: by Martini (new)

Martini (shakenorstirred) | 195 comments Not the clouds themselves, but you'd better watch out for those fire-breathing, man-eating dragons, Phil.

message 94: by [deleted user] (new)

All right! Now you're talkin'!! I'm on board with dragons. :-)

message 95: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Just look for Falcor!

message 96: by [deleted user] (new)

Falcor wasn't a dragon, he was a big flying dog with a skin condition...

I'm thinking Sapira, or one of the good dragons from Dragonlance Chronicles. :)

*runs off to make dragon saddle*

message 97: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Falcor was a good luck dragon...er...dog.

But, fine. We can wait for the cooler dragons.

message 98: by [deleted user] (new)

And, what was with the boils?

I can't find a better picture. I think they're meant to be scales, but they never looked like scales. They always grossed me out, even when I was a kid. They looked like something that was going to pop and leak out gross stuff...

message 99: by [deleted user] (last edited Apr 25, 2013 09:32AM) (new)

I was thinking more along the lines of:

message 100: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Oh gross!

I laugh at how unbelievably off his mouth movement was to his lines.

Poor guy.

He has a cute face, though.
