Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) I am very interested in supernatural/fantasy WWII stories. If you have read some, please add to the list.

Thanks!

Shanshad Whelan | 35 comments I might know a few Children's books that fall into that range, and some SF . . .

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) If you think it applies, feel free to add it. It just needs to be WW2 and supernatural/fantasy/horror/paranormal.

Blackout and its sequel are about timetravelers going back to/stuck in 1940. Not really too fantastical, besides the time traveling.

Shanshad Whelan | 35 comments There's a short story about WWII called Bomber and the Bismark by Clare Bell--it's in one of the Catfantastic Volumes.

Likewise, there's this story of a Jewish vampire that touches on WWII. It's from an anthology of YA vampire stories but is also online here: http://lah.nithaus.org/Pages/writings...

I was debating about a book A Rag, A Bone, and a Hank of Hair. It's mostly SF about future cloning of some WWII children and their nanny and how the future folk keep them thinking they're living in that past time. They introduce a boy to the children who is from their own future time but who pretends he is from their time period. Things start to blur between "reality" and story toward the end of this, though it's hard to define exactly if it crosses enough into paranormal.

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) Sci-Fi is great too. Thanks for the recommendations!
