Hey guys, just wondering as I said earlier I started my blog yesterday but I'm having a bit of trouble finding a certain widget. It's one that has small little hearts, but like 5 in a row, that each link to respective sites; ie. twitter, goodreads, subscribe ect.. Can anyone help me out? -Skye

Hi everyone, I'm Raelke and I write children's and YA books. My blog is Little Swag of Books: http://littleswagofbooks.wordpress.com/
I'm blogging about Australian writing (mainly book reviews of sorts), trying to make some sense of what actually makes a book Australian- the author? the setting? the characters?
I only started my blog in February this year, but it's very enjoyable so far! Looking forward to following some of the great blogs I've seen in this group.
And here's Raelke's profile here on GR http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/... and her book What in the World?:)
Hi everyone, I've been lurking around Good Reads for a little while now...and wondering why it's taken me so long to discover it! I'm new to the book blogging scene but have been blogging on and off for years now. I write about romance and my general passion for books over at http://www.hotandbotheredbooks.wordpr...
I see quite a few familiar face from Twitter, lovely to meet those of you I haven't spoken to before!
What a great idea for a group! I've been wanting to find more aussie bloggers but it was always so hard to sift through the million other blogs on the internet.I have my own book review blog called Beagle Book Space at http://mylittlebookspace.blogspot.com
I can't wait to get to know everyone here :-)
HI, l wanted to introduce myself, My name is Miranda and l run www.readersniche.com.au- Australia's only online Literary GIft site. l am a massive book lover and wanted to celebrate the author - so Readers' Niche was born. Love to know what everyone thinksCheers
Miranda
Thanks Michael. Will have to navigate the site and read the blogs.
l am hopping to start a blog site on Readers' Niche- so people can send me ideas for literary gifts and their favourite authors and things they have seen that would suit the site
Cheers
Miranda

Welcome Tash
Hi everyone,My name is Marcia and I live in Toowoomba, Qld, married with 2 children and a dog. Originally from South Africa, we have lived in Australia for almost 4 years now.
I'm really very new to writing book reviews and blogging so a friend of mine (thank you Brenda) suggested I join this group.
If you wouldn't mind, I'd like to just "lurk" for a little while so I can see what it's all about.
I've started a little blog at http://marciabezuidenhout.blogspot.co... but am really still trying to find my way around.
Hope to make alot of new friends and get lots of great advice.
Brenda wrote: "Glad to see you dipped your toes in Marcia:)"Thanks Brenda - still battling my way around the blog, but I think I'm getting there :)
Michael wrote: "Welcome Marcia, I hope we can help you out with any questions or advice"Thank you Michael - if I need any assistance I'll be sure to give you a yell.
Hi I'm Hailey, I just started bellabbookworm.blogspot.com.au I'm a stay at home mum with a 1 year old from Sydney. I enjoy blogging about books but I really need help with making my blog more interesting....
Hi Hailey :) I love the look of your blog so far! My advice to make it just the way you'd like is to read loads of other blogs and add things that you like the look of! Blogger will let you do most things. If there's something you don't know how to add just ask and I'm sure someone will be able to help you. Best of luck :)

Thank you Angelya, I spent a lot of time on Sat giving it a make over after looking at other people's blogs. I think it looks a lot better than it did. Thank you for taking the time to look.
Hi I'm Jennie and I've started blogging about books I read at http://daystarz.wordpress.com
I'd love some feedback if anyone has time. Just using today to explore this group.

Welcome Jennie. Probably the best
Hi there, I have a book blog if you'd like to check it out - www.natashaisabookjunkie.com - and I've been hoping to connect with more Aussie bloggers as all my blogger friends seem to be in the US! xxx
Hi everyone, my name is Sharon and I run the blog 'Obsession with Books'.I review mainly Young Adult but enjoy reading a variety of genres.
I live in Sydney, I'm a wife, mother of two and about to start studying part-time.

Wow - so many interesting & wonderful book blogs out there! I'm Heidi and I have just recently started blogging, which combines my love for reading and for writing, which I never seem to get enough time for. It's great connecting with other readers and being able to discuss books. My blog http://butbooksarebetter.blogspot.com... is in its baby steps but I'm sure it will get easier as time goes by. It's great fun, anyway!

Hi everyone, I've been blogging for over a 14 months now (time goes fast). It's called Daniel Is Reading and I've been doing 'chapter-by-chapter' reviews of a few books (surprisingly so far all Australian authors). And right now I'm up to the sixth book of The Obernewtyn Chronicles by Isobelle Carmody. So my blog isn't a traditional book blog with a single review of a book. I tend to write a lot, which probably doesn't work in my favour. Any suggestions on the site would be appreciated.
Hey,I'm Jess I started my book blog The Never Ending Bookshelf not that long ago (three months ago), but I'm having a lot of fun with it.
I read widely and often like most people here, and I will honestly give everything and anything ago. I write reviews and try to keep up to date with what's happening in the book world/industry. My blog focuses on books and the writing industry so I try to cover as much as I can, with a particular focus on what's happening in Australia. I'm also part taking in the Australian Women's Writer's Challenge and thus a lot of what I've been reading and reviewing lately is Australian Women's Writing. Discovered some great new voices that way too.
I attend author events regularly and basically have a lot of fun doing whatever I can. I've got some exciting things coming up and look forward to developing my blog further.
