Well I spoke to soon. UPS just delivered my book!!! I know how my night will be spent now.

Well don't get too far into the book - just read only the Preface, Introduction and Chapter One - we do not start the discussion until May 28th so we do not want to spoil things for you and we want you to be an integral part of the discussion.

But very glad you have the book (smile). A big relief after all of this time.

But I am delighted that one of the Californians got their book today. That means that the books have moved East to West - I am sure it will take some time for some of the rural areas of the country but by the middle of next week - I do hope that everyone has their book and is raring to go. We have been waiting a long time for this one!!!!
