I own Adora & but haven't read. If you read it, I'd love to hear your opinions & if it's fun enough, who knows I may give it a try. I have a weird love-hate relationship with Bertrice Small.
Curious tidbit about her, she lived two blocks down from my first boyfriend in Southhold, NY. Don't know where he is now, but I think she still lives out there.
Thanks Wendy for the heads up on the first book Ive heard its good, and didnt you do a review on Passion's Paradise? I thought it was you who sold me on that one. Yes I too have a love-hate relationship with Bertrice Small you really do have to be in the mood for one of her's.That's really interesting about her living so close to your boyfriend..did you know at the time?
I'm game for Dangerous Obsession! Wendy, isn't it a sorta sequel to Savage Surrender? The heroine is Garth & Elise's daughter?

Yes Dangerous Obsession is the sequel to Savage Surrender but (view spoiler) .
Personally, while I really liked Savage Surrender, I loved Dangerous Obsession. I don't think it matters what order you read the books either. In DO I preferred the hero, heroine and overall story-line, but it's a lot of action and did get a bit overwhelming at times.
Plus, while Elise was an awesome female pirate, Rhawnie was just one the coolest women alive in the world at the time.

Just keep in mind it's over 1100 pages of story. You might need something lighter in between reads just for a change of pace.

Sandi & Willowfaerie, I think I can read Adora in early June. I homeschool (long, long story) and all tests, reports and evaluations should be done by then.
And that means my 14 year old will eventually be on to private high school, which means (I hope) more reading time for me!
(Edited to sound coherent in English. Some homeschooling mom I am!)
