All right, let's end the discussion here folks. For fans of the Biebster, keep him in your dreams and out of our movie. Not all of us are prepubescent girls and when we go to a movie based on a book we enjoyed, we want to see someone who would actually be believable in the part. Stop talking about it and think of something more worthwhile to argue about!

Ok not being mean or anything but Justin Bieber would make a TERRIBLE Finnick. Yes he is supposed to be the pretty boy type but he still has to be able to survive in the games and to be honest Justin Bieber does not look the type.

They're not even considering Justin Bieber as Finnick, guys. Don't get worked up. Finnick is twenty-four years old in Catching Fire, since he won the Games ten years previous at the age of fourteen. Nobody would be able to make Justin Bieber look anywhere near that age.

You're not doing any good at changing peoples opinion on the idea of him in the role, Beiber himself, or his fan base really. Calling someone a piece of shit won't change anything either.
I think someone who is rugged, hot and sexy with alot of cockyness would be perfect and who can act. i think if JB played Finnick it would be horrible i just cant see him as an actor it would ruin the movie.
NO WAY, 1. he's a singer not an actor, 2. He has a baby face and looks like he is 13, 3. no way what I imagined Finnick to looks like, Finnick is meant to be strong and muscular and JB is built like an over sized twig. The 2 are nothing alike shouldn't actors be able to relate to their characters in some way, and if we think about this realistically OK, Finnick was a victor before and he is going into the quarter quell and ends up surviving, so therefor he is a strong survivor, JB probably wouldn't make it out of a street fight alive let alone come out victorious in the hunger games at age 16! Not a good choice for the film makers unless they want about five people to come and watch the film!
We should get the guy who played Finnick in the Finnick and Annie Episodes to play Finnick...Or maybe that guy (Petyr?) from Red Riding Hood. He'd be a cool Finnick.

JB is not what I picture when Finnick is described. I picture someone that has been in the sun or on the beach for a long time, tan, bright blonde hair, muscular and older. Finnick grew up in a fishing district. JB doesn't fit those qualities.

They casted garrett hedlund as finnick so ur problems are all solved.

They casted garrett hedlund as finnick so youngiys dont have to worry about them casting jb garrett is kinda cute he puulayed eragon in eragon if anyone remembers that. So hes a good actor. I dont know hiw you guys are all just finding out abiut this because i have known for like a couple of days they posted stuff on the website if anyone looks there. They wereonly thinking about casting jb bit they didnt they got rid of him a long time ago because they knew that he wouldnt be right for the part. So you guys dont have to worry anymore because he was mot castedbas finnick. Garretthedlund will make a good finnick anyway hes a good actor with some experience. And hes like twenty five or something like thay so hes around the same age as finnick is. So its all fne now. No need to worry anymore and i think that we all knew that they woukdnt cast him because hes too young and hes sooooo not right for the part but it was always an opportuntity for jb to try out and try to start his acting career because wants to dl more acting but this part wasnkt right for him this timebut he will probably be in some mlre movies in the futureso just warning you guys now that if he is in them you cant say that somebody didnt warn you because i am warning you right now....

Don't trust or automatically assume anything unless the information comes from a legitimate source. And FYI, Garrett Hedlund played Murtagh in the movie Eragon, not the character of Eragon. You need to get some of your facts (and spelling and grammar) right before you start telling everyone what is right or wrong.
