no, he doesn't look the part.but, he actually has acted before- he did a guest spot on one of the CSI shows a while back, didn't he? I didn't see it, so I don't know how he did, but somebody out there probably reviewed it...

I always imagined Finnick WAY muscular, cuter, and older. I dont think that he would be able to act (if he cant sing in the first place)He should stick to staying in the record booth editing his voice!

I agree with the others. Justin Bieber is a no, no. He can't act the part. I mean, he's a great singer, but have you seen how he acted in CSI?Definitely a no. He's better as a singer than an actor. The Finnick part is kinda out of his league.
Justin Bieber will NOT be cast. Why?1. Gary Ross, the director of THG (who has already committed to CF), doesn't want to lose his credibility.
2. Whoever is cast as Finnick must appear OLDER than Jennifer Lawrence, who is 21.
