Hoot by Carl Hiaasen.
STUPID.

Because I didn't really understand it and I just didn't like it that much:
and

BECAUSE HE MADE THE WHOLE DANG THING UP! HE MADE. IT. UP!

Really? I read it when I was a bit younger, and I enjoyed it by the end.

I read an article about it, though. It said he made the whole thing up.

I dnt think thts true. It could be a rumor.
i agree. or an unreliable website.
An online article. ABC News Thing. He did build schools in the two countries, but took liberties with much of what happened.
I'm still thinking those r rumors. Possibly his rival wrote it. Or someone who was jelous.
I still respect the dude for what he did. He built schools in the two countries that the book was set in, but I was disappointed to learn that he lied about some of what happened. Really disappointed.

And that could be true, too. Who knows? If so, then that's great.

Hah...don't hate me but I've never read it

My teacher forced me to read it.

Oh, yep that's definitely one way to get someone to hate a book. That's why I've always hated book reports, they just teach kids to hate reading
Yep, after reading Hoot, it made me go through the phase of "I hate Books".
I've never been through that phase, but I've seen my friends go through it, and it makes little pieces of me die inside.
But I'm over it now and you wouldn't believe how many books I read each week.
I'm reading out of mind rite now
Hahaha, yeah I know what you mean. I haven't been reading many books per week though, because I've been working on The More Than Complete Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, which is over 600 pages, so. Just finished it yesterday!

I read this, like, a year ago when my book judgement was bad and I rated this 5 stars and thought it was the best book ever. Now, that I read negative reviews and they highlighted the bad points of this book, I realize that it's a bad book. I don't hate it but I hate ALOT of things about it. Like, Zoey. The most annoying crappy slutty character of ALL TIME!!

Trash. They're all garbage. Beacause really, no one acts like that. Not even in an alternant universe.
I agree with you that the clique books are trash, yet they were books that got me into reading when I was younger, so I can't say I hated them.

After hearing so much about Stephen King's books I picked this one to read. 700 pages of confusion. I completed reading the book just to see how much further I could go through the torture. Stephen King's books. Never Again!

It was simply HORRIBLE.
I'm reading this book, the Dangerous Days of Daniel X, and I can already tell I am NEVER going to read it again.
First of all, the main character has WAY too many powers. Shapeshifting, mind control, physic powers, uber strength, he's a freaking genius, AND he can arrange molecules with his mind. I understand just one. Two is a bit of overkill. But SIX?! What's the challenge, where's the interest? Plus, it is really poorly written. The chapters are short, predictable, and uninteresting.
What happened James Patterson? I loved your Maximum Ride books! What happened?!

I hate it when authors write something completely awful! It leaves a sour taste in the mouth for sure...

"Into the Shadows" by Karly Kirkpatrick...
God, this book was just AWFUL!
The premise at the back, "She feels like she's being watched when she gets the messages in her tater tots."
AGGHHHH!
Really? It's on my to-read list. Why is it so awful? I'd just like to know so I can decide whether I really want to try it or not.
