I'd like to use
for the April showers option 3 (storm on the front). The cover image shows foreboding dark clouds rolling in over a choppy ocean.
Can I use Not Wanted On The Voyage for Option A.1.? It's a retelling of the Noah story, so it's more set during a flood than specifically about the flood.
can I check on
- i'm not sure if the cover shows enough of the storm, or not - but its set during a huge blizzard and they are all stuck in a hotel - for either Option A, 1 or 3
For Option A3, I'd like to use Uprising. It shows white lightning around the lake and buildings. I have the book in hand. Not sure how well you can see the lightning on your computer.
Ashlea, that will work.JennRenee, it's hard to tell if it's snowflakes or just light sparkles. Is it easier to see on the real book? Or do you know there is a storm in the story that would "back up" the cover?

up close its snow. The book takes place in the middle of winter.

JennRenee, I think since you don't actually see storm clouds in the picture, I will have to say it doesn't work. Sorry.Sarah, just one book. :)
not sure if this will work for a pic of storm...there is lightning and some scary "storm" like clouds?
Thanks

REQUIRED: Indicate which option you chose.
A. April Showers: Choose a book that fits one of these criteria:
1. Is about a huge storm or a flood
2. Is included on one of these lists:
Books that Made You Cry or
Most Depressing Book of all Time
REQUIRED: Include in your post the list from which your book came, and tell us why you found this book sad.
3. Has a picture of rain or a storm on the front (doesn’t have to be a rainstorm)
REQUIRED: Include a link to the cover of the book.
B. May Flowers: Choose a book that fits one of these criteria:
1. Is about flowers or a garden
2. Is included on one of these lists:
Books That Make You Laugh or
