message 11203: by Rozalyn (new)

Rozalyn I'm reading and the trees crept in. I know this isn't some kind of pole or anything, but I'm having a really big debate, and I kind of need to know, do audio books and Dnfs still count toward your reading goal, in your opinion? I don't count audio books because I feel like it's not right to say that I read then when I didn't. but at the same time I still bought it and know the story I just listened to it instead of read it. so idk. thanks in advance if anyone replies :)

message 11204: by L (new)

L (lizofwords) Starting the Lux series by Jennifer L. Armentrout. CR: Obsidian

I welcome and appreciate any thoughts you may have about it.

message 11205: by Rozalyn (new)

Rozalyn @smol porg, thanks a lot :)) it's kind of weird, because I have people that say the exact opposite thing that you say, and then I'll have people who will say the exact same thing, and so I'm just really conflicted on what I should, and shouldn't count towards my goal. As of right now, I'm thinking literally, if I did not read that entire book through , I shouldn't count it. I've heard people say audio books don't count but Dnfs do, so thanks for replying :)

message 11216: by Abigail (last edited Apr 01, 2020 06:45AM) (new)

Abigail (luetya) Just finished A Time to Dance by Padma Venkatraman Easy read, told in verse. The story was engrossing. It's about a dancer who loses her leg. Even knowing I had to work in the morning I stayed up to the wee hours of the morn having to know what happened next. Easy 5 stars.
