r2r stands for 'Read-to-review'. Basically you get given a free copy of the book to read, on the basis that you will write a review of it when you have finished. (It doesn't have to be a positive review but an honest one!)
On the dates above the books mentioned will be available, and basically you have to watch to see when the r2r will be posted. Once it is, you need to leave a comment with your name, email, and what ebook format you would like the book in.
Once you have read the book and written the review you need to post it at as many sites as possible - goodreads, amazon, smashwords, B&N etc, and then post on the books r2r page the links.
