Edited and combined, is the cover the same as the ebook ? And what is the published date and publisher?
Cover is the same for both ebook and print. Publisher is Role of the Hero Publishing. Date is August 6th, 2011 for ebook and October 9th, 2011 for the print.Thank you very much for the help!

The print book is here, but with no cover, title "Unknown Book" and author "Unknown Author". I was led there when trying to manually add the print version back in, and recognize the review.

Can we get these merged under one entry? The ISBN for the print version is 978-0615508436. Is this something I should be able to do, and if so, how? If not, can someone please help? =) Thanks!
