Its 6:30 am. getting ready to start waking up my kids to get them off to school. Today is my daughter's prince and princess ball =)

It's 9am Central US time and I'm catching up on posts and emails. Later I'm going to start on my new crafts for my Etsy store. I'm making stuffed animal books..that's the best way to describe them anyway..a plush that looks like an alive book. Weird but I hope it turns out like I see it in my head. I think it'll be cute.

Has been a gorgeous day - there was a teacher's strike on today, so the kids and I went down to the park & for a walk on the beach.

A walk in the park sounds lovely! Anya (beautiful name), I'm reading The Serpent's Shadow. It's book 3 in the series, and so far, it's very fun to read.

It's 6:40 a.m., and I'm just finishing my tea and getting ready to work. Yay for Friday!

I'm excited that I can even do it! I put it on my Kindle and then on my phone in my Kindle app or ibooks. The only problem is having to advance one device or the other b/c the page counts are different.

Happy birthday Tracy's mom. Its 8:15am here and I have a fun filled day of chores, my reward will be curling up with a new read (haven't decided which) and a glass of wine. And of course a clean house!

It's 10:45 pm and we are done with the party cleaned up and are ready to pass out. My Mom was so surprised. My extended family doesn't get together except when someone dies so it was nice to have a pleasant reason to get together.

OMG OMG OMG I want to go! I LOVE Prince. I have seen him in concert once and it was amazing! !! He doesn't tour the states anymore although he did play in Las Vegas a few years ago. OMG you will have a wonderful time!
