Starting out my morning with a runny nose, a little dry throat. Gonna read to put my mind at ease, then I'll have to organize my study schedule before the break is up (I have an exam! that sucks!). May you all not get sick cause I freakin' hate it!

Thanks Jaclyn. I just took a short nap but hubby had to wake me b/c he had to leave. Now the kids want to go outside, which wouldn't be so bad if they didn't want to ride their bikes (which means I cannot just sit around and relax or read as they'll be in the street).

It's 7.23am I've got my eldest standing under a cold shower he's fever is too high, he's lost his voice, is coughing mad and been to the doctor's twice now and they still don't think he's sick enough for antibiotics WTF he's had a fever since Sunday evening it's Thursday morning I think I'm going to have to try my luck with another doctor :( plus I've got to run my youngest to do a blood and urine test...this is going to be a fun day LOL

9:18pm, my dear husband tells me through texts that he wants to find a new job. Ok, with this economy he's freaking me out! Other than that, watching a little Ghost Hunters International with the kiddos before bedtime. MacKenzie goes to CHOP tomorrow for her scoliosis followup. Crossing fingers and toes that this is the last time they need to see her.

It's 2 a.m and I'm reading Goodreads. I have a bijillion other things I should be doing, like sleeping, or writing, or doing a class assignment, but here I sit typing. I usually sleep 4 to 5 hours a day. I live in the Panhandle of Florida.

How is your son? Did you get his fever down? Bless his heart. It's sad to watch them when they are sick. Doctors are so afraid to give them anything anymore because they are afraid they will get immune. I have found I can get better results by taking mine to a walk in clinic.

OH thank you Tracy I finally got him antibiotics the doctor thought 4 days with a fever was too long obviously the infection is not going so we started that today but he's lost his voice and not eating or drinking as much but I'm hoping by tomorrow he should be getting better!!

I'm shipping most of the kids off to school and trying to talk myself out of going book shopping. There are sooo many I've seen on here lately I need to get my hands on! Trying to be logical and tell myself I have like 200 in the basement I need to read still and a bigillion on my iPad. :s so far it's not working.

12:20 pm and just caught up on my GR page. WOW! Amazing what will happnen when you just can't get on. Went to the doc this morning and I have strept :( I started antibiotics when I got home around 9am. I was laying on the couch shivering uncontrollably for 20 minutes before I passed out. I took a two hour nap and now I feel so much better!
