That was one of my favorite parts as well. I am not super fond of most of her heroines, but I did like Alyssa. I also like Teri a lot. Sam is delish!

I just had to mention that my favorite read of the year Wool Omnibus Edition (Wool, #1-5) by Hugh Howey , just recieved the Kindle Book Review's Indie Book of the Year Award for 2012! You can read all about it on the Author's Blog http://www.goodreads.com/author_blog_...

An inspiring success story, Congratulations!

And if you haven't read it yet, you are missing out :)

Wow, your growing list is great... mine... it doesn't show what I've read and, I'm falling behind every day.

I noticed James Clemmins... isn't that James Rollins other writing persona?

Yes, James Clemens is James Rollins. Since I like James Rollins so much I decided to give his fantasy work a try. I did really enjoy it and hope to read more of his stuff some day.

If you haven't read The Rook yet, the audiobook is great (the Narrator reminds me of Lynne Redgrave or Audrey Hepburn).

It's not as action-action-action as some of these but, there is some action.

I liked it because of the wonder, and very English, sense of humor and the knack for pointing when something is absurd without being rude about it.

It's as good as Monster Hunter Internatoinal and dealing with much of the same thing, but, to me, very different in other ways. Good Heroine who doesn't loose her femininity nor get lost in the issues of being a feminine hero... well done there I think. Chick-lit that dude's can like too. (as opposed to MHI which is dude lit that chicks can like.)

It's already on my "to read" list...heard a lot of good things about it. I love British humor :)

Steve Trotter is back with another book. And it's an absolute winner: Heaven's On Hold (Adam Wolf Thriller, #2) by Steve Trotter
