Tina Klement | 2 comments I'm a 23 y/o student from Slovenia and I just published my first ever novel.

It's a simple but emotional story about a young girl facing family issues and her first real love. I'm very proud of my book and I'm already working on the 2nd book of the series.

I'm looking for readers who will read my eBook and review it on Amazon and Goodreads, or any other social media. I would love to chat about the story with readers, maybe get some inspirations and suggestions for the following books - after reading the 1st book of course. (I provide eBooks in any file version you want)

If you're interested in reading my first novel and maybe staying in contact for future collaborations, contact me via email: tina.klement@gmail.com or find me on Instagram: tina_klement

Here is the short plot from the backside:

How do you live in a world in which everything is an illusion? How do you move on, when the flashbacks of your past won't stop hunting you?
An emotional story about friendship, love, family drama, heartbreak and growing up. Or something like that.

Kat's life has been picture-perfect since she can remember. Now it's time for her to write her own story, moving across the country to start college with her best friend. New city, new friends and a mysterious dark-haired boy who turns her world upside down.
Kat's more of an introvert, she's never really been in love and rather reads books than goes to parties. She a realist, believing that earth-shattering love exists only in fiction - until she meets Noah. The tall handsome boy, with the darkest eyes and brightest smile she's ever seen. He has demons of his own, but together they can get through it all. Obviously.
For a while, she's been suspecting that something is wrong with her brother Kyle and her parents. After finding out her life wasn't as perfect as she believed, everything changes. Her brother, her parents, even her best friend had been lying to her.

Sometimes forever isn't as long as we'd hoped and when it ends, it comes crashing down, destroying everything in its path. And it hurts like hell.

Leslie Garland | 197 comments Hi all you book reviewers,

I am looking for Amazon reviews for my book The Ghost Moth – a recent Book Excellence Award finalist. This is a tragic tale of the Spirit versus the Flesh; speculative or magical realism in nature, with more than a dash of philosophy and religion thrown into the mix. I’ll let a reviewer talk for me,

“The Ghost Moth is a horror story set in the mid-16th century. Its goal, according to the author, is simply "to entertain", and he succeeds in spades. During young Callow's stay at the Black Acres Monastery, he will have very interesting talks with Brother La Roche and Novice Michael Venn about celibacy, love, sin, sexism and bigotry. In addition, he must come face to face with the maximum risk that a man could take in his place: the possible perdition for his soul in the eternal fire of hell. This book is a gem that reflects the fears of a clean and innocent young man who is ultimately a simple human, forced into chastity by a promise made without choice or conviction. A very well written book that I highly recommend to the lovers of good narrative, philosophical / theological discussions between common people and horror.”

Gene Kendall | 4 comments I have an ARC available for a limited number of readers for Blind Cerulean, my 1980s-inspired vigilante thriller. Here's the pitch...
"On the hellish streets of Acadia, salvation comes in the form of an angel. One who doesn't care much about collateral damage.

Alley is a fifteen-year-old girl with a genius IQ, a self-medicating mother, and an unusual obsession with a 1980s movie star. Alley's never truly questioned why her unemployed mother is wealthy enough to afford a luxury apartment. She's more concerned with collecting '80s memorabilia.

Alley's life changes when a mystery figure known as Coach approaches her out of the blue. He tells her she has a destiny; that the crime-ridden, drug-infested city she lives in needs a savior. And Coach -- a cranky, plainspoken mentor with no tolerance for any slacking -- will train her, make certain she lives up to her true potential.

The girl begins an unlikely career as a vigilante. She runs afoul of local crimelord The Swine, and the mystery figure pulling the gangster's strings. But the true power behind The Swine finds himself drawn to Alley, and as the girl is shocked to learn, is the man who can provide answers to questions she'd never thought to ask. The revelations just might shatter the girl."

Michael Drakich (michaeldrakich) | 22 comments I am looking for Amazon reviewers for my latest ARC, Requiem For A Genocide. It is scheduled for release on December 1st, 2021. It is a sci-fi space opera of app 104,000 words professionally edited.

Here is the short blurb.

JAK037 is a warbot.

Built for the sole purpose of killing the enemies of Dalrea, he has survived longer than any other and is the last of his generation still in operation. Being the last JAK model, he is simply referred to as Jak, no unit number necessary. When word comes of a treaty with their nemesis, Carthia, Jak holds out hope his final days will be ones without war. It is with disappointment he learns the treaty is so a new front can be opened against a race of settlers from another world.

Humans.

In the coming conflict, can Jak and his comrades of aged warbots survive against an enemy with superior technology? In a mission to wipe out the settlers, will it succeed? Or will Jak’s days finally be numbered. With the aid of a human child, a seven-year-old girl named Hannah, Jak hopes to end the war and save his people from what he believes is a looming disaster. It’s a race where not only humans but Carthians, Dalreans, robotic laws, and his own failing body all conspire to stop him.

To obtain an ARC you can get one at Booksprout, or, if you like, I can send you a copy in either mobi, epub, or pdf format. Message me with your email address and format desired.

David W. | 2 comments Hello, Techno-Thriller Connoisseurs -

Take a trip behind the locked and guarded doors of a Top Secret Special Access Program facility into the clandestine environs of international espionage.

It's spy vs. spy in this realistic portrayal of intelligence agency competition for information dominance, informed by the author's personal experience.

Project NEEDLENOSE offers a fictionalized glimpse into the world of software development for highly-classified defense systems, and the brilliant (and often eccentric) engineers who inhabit it.

The book was recently released at major retailers including Amazon, Barnes&Noble, and Kobo.

Here's the teaser: Espionage. Abductions. Deep sea wiretaps. The name of the game is information warfare. And it comes with a price. Sometimes a lethal price. Top Secret surveillance systems have been compromised. Stolen military secrets are being hoarded. Mark Wilson and his engineering team race to mitigate the damage, as the balance of world power is threatened by an imminent confrontation of military might.

If this sounds like an interesting read, and you'd be willing to consider posting your review on Amazon, please go grab one of the remaining eBook ARCs from https://booksprout.co/arc/72584/proje...

THANK YOU, and enjoy!

Leslie Garland | 197 comments Hi! Calling all reviewers who would like a free read in exchange for an Amazon review.

If this appeals, might you care to try my The Red Grouse Tales The Red Grouse Tales (The Little Dog and Other Stories) by Leslie Garland These are suitable for YA/NA, are fantasy - though not wizards and dragons, more paranormal - and could be classified as modern fairytales. There are four novellas, in this collection, all different - a bit of thriller, a bit of horror, a bit of romance - and so hopefully something for everyone. I’ll let a reviewer talk for me,

“The four stories in the Red Grouse tales were as entertaining as they were charming, and overall a really fun read. The different narrators of the stories I felt gave each tale a unique nature, and they felt quite different to each other. I read this through once myself and then read it over a number of sittings to a (reasonably) young relative and he enjoyed it just as much as I had. This would also make a good candidate for a book club as many issues for discussion are thrown up in each of the four stories.”

While jogging off duty along the riverfront, rookie cop Valorie Dawes discovers the body of a young girl—and ignites a manhunt for a serial killer.

The Shoeless Schoolgirl Slayer has remained a step ahead of the Clayton, CT police for months. All of his victims drowned. All were found barefoot. And all bear the same strange, fresh tattoo.

Then rookie cop Val Dawes notices patterns that eluded the department’s more traditional senior detectives. Following her intuition, she discovers clues that convince her she’s closing in.

But is she? Or is the clever and elusive Slayer laying a trap to make Val the next victim?

D.M. Barr (dmbarr) | 30 comments Review copies of Simple Tryst of Fate, a dark contemporary romance with light BDSM content (and I mean light. This is by no means erotica.) are available at Book Sirens here: https://booksirens.com/book/DM0XMZH/L....

Filled with light and witty banter, this is like an updated version of Nick and Nora Charles if they were kinky and on a press trip

Here is the blurb:

Some Rules are Meant to Be Broken

A desire for a more conventional life once propelled travel writer Dani Barrett into a disastrous marriage. Ten years later and newly divorced, she’s back on the road with a series of rules to protect her heart and a secret sideline as an erotica author. On a press trip, she meets James Aldridge, a charming yet cynical publisher who arouses her interest. Little does Dani know James is secretly an investigative journalist with his own kinky streak, and that rather than writing a travelogue, his undercover probe into political corruption will suck her into a treacherous journey across South America that could either end at James' gravesite or in his loving arms.

Leslie Garland | 197 comments Reviewers,

I am seeking reviews - particularly Amazon reviews, though don't let that put you off, as all are welcome! - for my book The Red Grouse Tales The Red Grouse Tales (The Little Dog and Other Stories) by Leslie Garland and I am wondering if you might be interested in reading and reviewing it.

To the blurb:-

Told in The Red Grouse Inn, the universal appeal of these four charming, very different, adult, speculative, spiritual and philosophical tales will intrigue and entertain. With beautiful and atmospheric imagery, surreal and paranormal concepts of angels, ghosts and devils, they will have you guessing, turning the pages and looking forward to the next one.

The Little Dog, a story of good and evil and retribution. Very much a coming of age story and told in the manner of all the stories in our lives, namely that we have no idea that we are ‘living in a story’ until suddenly all seems to click together. A young forester partnered with an objectionable workmate, finds a little dog way out in a remote part of the forest. What is such a cute little dog doing there? Bill, the teller of this tale, becomes a bit attached to it and looks forward to seeing it every day sitting beside the haul road. Then one day the little dog is no longer there and Bill starts to learn some dreadful truths.

The Crow, a sad, poignant story of misunderstanding, bitterness and blame. Another coming of age story but on a very different theme; that of human vanity. A young boy is taken by his mother to visit a dying and embittered old Irish priest, Mad Father Patrick, who recounts the school days and subsequent rise of a local councillor and of his involvement in the construction of a dam which flooded a valley. As the tale progresses it becomes increasingly bizarre, indeed, mad, and we finally learn why the old priest so bitter.

The Golden Tup, a dreadful tale of a young couple’s paradise being cruelly taken from them by latent evil. Can evil be in a place? A slow burning horror story; this one opens with the appalling news that a nice young couple, who had bought an old derelict farm and made it into their ‘dream home,’ had killed their own baby. How could they have done such a dreadful thing? The story, told predominantly in flash-back and with references to Milton’s Paradise Lost, charts their lives and how this horrific act came to pass.

The White Hart, a happy ghost story, if there can be such a thing! A tale of redemption told by a likeable male chauvinist, Pete, who recounts his meeting with an albino doe while out in the forest on a jog, his subsequent meeting with an enigmatic and beautiful girl at a remote chapel who tells him the sad story of the daughter of the family which built it, and a third incident …..

So, four different stories - hopefully something for everyone! I usually say these are for adult readers because they are not ‘all action’ from page 1, and may contain some minor mention of sex and a tiny bit of bad language. However, I suspect they are very possibly suitable for a NA and even a YA readership.

Page count is 370 pages.
The book is written in UK English.

If interested and you are prepared to review and post your review in timely manner (sorry, but I don’t want this just being added to a one mile long TBR list!) on, particularly Amazon, though all others are welcome, I will be happy to supply you with a free PDF, mobi or epub file.

Hoping that my book appeals, that you will be interested in reading and reviewing it and so looking forward to hearing from you.

Using this opportunity, Skylar attacks the planet sending all into chaos. Demanding the gods Ace, Chase, and Dtie hold close, Skylar leaves them no choice but surrender or be destroyed along with the planet Hathos, and it's moons.

I paid to give away 100 books for reviews and received not one. A big waste of money and time. Now, it would seem, to put my name or books out there I am looking at the potential for extortion by unscrupulous wackjobs. The scamming business must be drying up if they feel the need to extort us, poor authors. Unbelievable. I hope the authors that are affected get the situation resolved. C.W. Lovatt (cwlovatt) | 75 comments Hello,
My pen name is C W Lovatt, and I'm looking for reviews on Amazon and Goodreads for my latest historical fiction novel, "Dolly Pleasance," a spinoff from my Charlie Smithers Collection.
Here's the blurb:
"From the best-selling author of Charlie Smithers and Josiah Stubb.

Come, meet the actress, Dolly Pleasance. Born into a life of poverty and abuse in the midst of 19th Century London, Dolly’s only salvation is her passion for the theatre. Follow her career, from rags to riches, over a span of twenty years.

Rejoice as she captures the hearts of thousands, fret as she attempts to avoid the clutches of a murderous madman, and weep over the impossible love she has for one Charlie Smithers."

If interested, send your email address and format preference to clovatt@xplornet.ca, and my publisher will send you a copy.

Thank you

Hi, how are you? Are you looking for reviewers for your book? If so, I'd love to read and review it in exchange for a physical copy, as I don't really have a good way to read ebooks. My review would be published on Goodreads and my book blog. I can also be reached by email at: justabookishblog@gmail.com
Thank you!

David R. White | 2 comments Hi all,

I've written a YA Super/Action-Adventure novel. It's a coming of age tale with a little bit of mystery thrown in. Tonally it's like a cross between The Incredibles and Baby Driver, meaning there's action, humor, superpowers and a character-driven story.

If you'd like to pick up a free review copy it's currently available over at Booksirens. Here's the link:

Thanks!

If you are inclined to add it to your "To Read" list and/or to write a review once you've read it, I would certainly appreciate it as well. :)

"Gibson the labradoodle loves going to dog daycare and has her whole fun day planned out. What she didn’t plan for, was the arrival of two mischievous cats who want the daycare for themselves.

While the cats plot against Gibson and her friends, more unwanted visitors show up with their own sneaky plan. Can Gibson save the dog daycare...or will it be too late?"
