Tobey Alexander (tafootprints) | 1 comments Hello everyone!

While I have been writing and releasing for nigh on two years I have been taking baby steps when it comes to learning the art beyond the book (ie marketing and publicising). As a result, I have started to make some progress and would like to offer people the opportunity to get Advanced Copies for Review of my upcoming New Adult Action Mystery novel INTO THE DARK. The book is released 01-01-2018 and I know I've left it late but haven't set a deadline as I just want people to enjoy the story so am flexble even if they come in after release.

I have created a BookFunnel link (if that's allowed on a post) and people can contact me via GoodReads or my main website if they want to.

Many thanks and any questions I'm happy to answer.

Tobey

Kelsey changes careers to something safer, vowing never again to be made into a fool. What she didn’t plan on was that client breaking out of prison.

Now there's a serial killer on the loose, and he’s vowed to find Kelsey and make her pay.

U.S. Marshal Liam Sullivan has had a lot of assignments where he gets to put the bad guy away. This assignment isn’t like any other he’s had, though- he’s never had to spend weeks cooped up alone with a beautiful witness who seems intent on getting herself killed. She infuriates him, but he can’t seem to keep his hands off of her. Can he protect Kelsey from a vicious serial killer while protecting his heart at the same time?

Anthia Archontides | 2 comments A Reason To Be

Hi, my name is Anthia Archontides and I am a new author. Recently me and my friend Maria Xystra, published our first book and it would mean the world to us if you could find sometime to read it and give us an honest review. If you are interested, send a message and we would be happy to send a PDF.

Description

She thought picking up the pieces of her shattered life was the hardest thing she would ever have to endure. Being turned into a vampire against her will, Lexy refused to let the nature of what she had become define her. So she started over, reinventing her life in her own terms with profound determination to stick to her rules, thinking she had it all figured out. But there is one thing she failed to foresee; the reason that would keep her going, her reason for living, her reason to be. And that same reason is the one thing that has the power to knock her off balance and lead her headfirst into the ground: love. And she knew damn well that when vampires fall, they fall hard.

Daniel Yetman | 1 comments Hello all,

I recently published my book “Since You Lost Your Brother.” The book is a collection of one hundred single page stories coupled with a photograph for each that together describes the journey of a young man trying to move on from a long-term relationship. His girlfriend's brother dies in a car accident and she falls into a depression. After months of trying to help her, they come to the realization that the relationship can't survive and they break-up. The young man moves to South Korea to put space between them and give himself time to heal from the loneliness, guilt, and heartbreak that he feels.

It’s a quick read and I’d love to send you a free mobi or PDF copy in exchange for an honest review on Goodreads/Amazon/your personal blog if you have one. No particular deadline.

Also if you have a book available of comparable length (20,000 words) I’d be happy to swap reviews. You can message me here or email me at daniel.t.yetman@gmail.com if you’re interested.

Thank you!

Daniel Yetman

L.E. | 1 comments I am looking for reviews for the first and second books in my contemporary fantasy series.

BLACKBIRD is the first book in the compelling contemporary fantasy trilogy about a tribe of shapeshifters who dwell deep within the inhospitable forest of northern Maine USA, in an hidden dimension known as Blackwater Hills.

Protected by the Great Shield, the tribe lives united in their love and reverence for the god, Corvus. The god of beasts had once bestowed a sacred gift, the ability to transform into the divine entity known as Bestiae, upon the males of this tribe. But generations of inbreeding with ordinary humans has caused the gift to become diluted and corrupted. The power of transformation has not been completely eliminated, however. What remains triggers a curse the Sacred Order calls the blood madness.Corvus's Sacred Law proclaims that in order to ensure the safety of the tribe and guarantee that the blood madness will not be passed on to future generations, any male found guilty of having the curse must be executed.

Michael Singleton and Alena Andrick must fight to overcome the curse of the Beast God, while trying to escape the death sentence imposed by the Sacred Order.

Book Two:

What if you were a shapeshifter, but didn't know it?
What if the man who raised you orchestrated your father's execution?
What if you discover that the people closest to you have been lying to you all your life?

MERULA is book two in the compelling contemporary fantasy trilogy about a tribe of shapeshifters who dwell deep within the inhospitable forest of northern Maine USA, in an hidden dimension known as Blackwater Hills.

On a cold October morning in Blackwater Hills, Samuel Singleton steps outside to do his morning chores and is whisked through a portal into the domain of the witch goddess known as the Shadowlands.

On a cold October evening, Cadie Maxwell, a priestess newly sworn to the Sacred Order follows what she believes is the will of the gods, flees the only home she has ever known, and embarks on a quest to find the real truth about her tribe's Sacred Law--a law that demands that any male cursed with shapeshifting powers must be executed.

With limited knowledge of the world beyond Blackwater Hills, Cadie arrives in a small town called Ashland. She takes a job at a local bar and grill where she hears Jonathan and Sarina Lance discussing their missing father, best-selling novelist J. Lance Sr..

Cadie, Jonathan, and Sarina join forces with an eager, up-and-coming reporter on an expedition through the mysterious forest to rescue J. Lance Sr..

Cadie guides the outsiders through the Great Shield (a powerful force-field that that protects her homeland) but things do not progress the way any of them expect. Anxious to find her father, Sarina breaks off from the group. The others chase after her, but find Samuel--naked and disoriented-- instead.

Cadie discovers that Samuel is cursed with the shapeshifting power, and to her dismay, the council of priests votes to put her in charge of Samuel's execution. In order to save Samuel's life and get her friends safely back to Ashland, Cadie must expose the corruption within the priesthood, forswear her holy vows, and uncover the real truth about her gods and her tribe.

I have MOBI, EPUB, and PDF copies available to send to anyone who would like one in exchange for an honest review.

Thank you,
L.E. Harrison

M.M. Paquin (goodreadscommmpauthor) | 15 comments Hi All!

I recently released my debut novel, The Mark of the Fae: The Gateway and I am looking for reviews. It is a YA Fantasy available in .mobi and PDF. I have included a synopsis below:

The Mark of the Fae: The Gateway (Book 1)

For some people, the draw to be surrounded by nature is strong. For Shaylah Derry, that’s exactly how it is. The draw to the forest behind her house is all-consuming until one night it gets to be too much, and she finds herself at the window, staring out into the trees. The last thing she expected to see, however, is a set of eyes staring back at her.
As Shaylah’s impulse grows, so do her suspicions, until her small Oregon town becomes a town tied by secrets and fairytales...literally. With the help of her best friend and the new boys in town, Shaylah begins to unravel the secrets that have encased her family for years. And as soon as she seems to have figured it out, things get much more complicated.

**WARNING book contains some language. May not be appropriate for younger readers**

PM me if interested. Thank you!!

Eleanor Ivy follows two rules in life: know how to lie and never let anyone in. With the painful life she left behind and the unorthodox job she currently has, lying is a must. But when Eleanor meets Jess Parker, Breslin University’s hockey player both on and off the ice, everything she has worked for threatens to come crumbling down.

Jess Parker is the epitome of everything Eleanor wants to avoid. He’s popular, cocky, and has more girls’ numbers than a phonebook. Yet, when they are paired together for a school project, their connection is undeniable. As their friendship develops, Jess’s ability to truly see Eleanor shakes the very foundation she’s built her new life on. When Eleanor begins to question the two rules she has always followed, she finds herself wondering if honesty might actually be the best policy. But, when all is said and done, will the truth be too much for Jess to handle?

Marlene (dorsetghal) | 1 comments Hi! I'm Marlene Bell. I've recently written an international romantic mystery called “Stolen Obsession,” about a woman trying to stop a deadly curse attached to a collection of ancient jewelry.

I'm looking for readers interested in receiving a Free advance copy in exchange for an honest review to be posted on both Goodreads and Amazon.com (if you want to post your review on other retailers, I’d appreciate that). Here's the book’s description:

People die, but legends live on.
New York antiquities appraiser Annalisse Drury recently lost her best friend to murder. The killer’s identity may be linked to her friend’s expensive missing bracelet—a 500-year-old artifact that carries an ancient curse, one that unleashes evil upon any who dare wear the jewelry created for the Persian royal family.
Weeks later, Annalisse sees a matching necklace at a Manhattan gallery opening. She begs the owner to destroy the cursed piece, but her pleas fall on deaf ears—despite the unnatural death that occurs during the opening. With two victims linked to the jewelry, Annalisse is certain she must act.
Desperate, Annalisse enlists the gallery owner’s son to help—even though she’s afraid he’ll break her heart. Wealthy and devastatingly handsome, with a string of bereft women in his wake, Greek playboy Alec Zavos dismisses Annalisse’s concerns—until his parents are ripped from the Zavos family yacht during their ocean voyage near Crete.
Annalisse and Alec race across two oceans to save his mother, feared dead or kidnapped. When the killer changes tactics and goes after Alec behind Annalisse’s back, can her plan to rescue Alec’s mother save them all?

If you're interested in reading and reviewing the book, please reply to this post or message me with your email address and let me know which ebook format you need (.mobi, .epub, or .pdf). If possible, I'd like the reviews to be posted on both Goodreads and Amazon.com by March 20, 2018.

Beginning 1-29-18 I'm also running a Goodreads Giveaway for 5 advance, 1st edition, autographed paperbacks. I'd love to have you enter!

David Fisher | 7 comments THE BOOK PUBLISHER'S SON
Hi, I'm looking for reviewers for my latest book:
A dazzling and finely paced mystery drama based on true events in the midst of the digital shake-up in the book publishing industry.
Johannes Prittmann's family book publishing business is in trouble. The ageing owner has badly misjudged the force and speed of digitisation on the publishing business. However, his still successful firm has a reputation to be proud off, but only because he has successfully covered up his problems in the past. Now he is dying and fears that his life-long work will have been in vain. On no account does he want to sell out to a competitor, nor does he trust his playboy second son, Lukas, to run the business. He wants his firm to remain in family hands. But he has to move fast. He has only a short time to live. His only option is to recall his eldest son, Tom, who renounced his heritage and has built a new life in South Africa. Tom is reluctant to return but feels compelled to fulfil his dying father's last wish – as a sign of giving back.
It is a promise he will soon learn to regret as his father's decision will turn brother against brother, sister against sister and unearth family secrets only his widowed mother knows about. It will become a nightmare of deceit and conspiracy, of enmity and greed but, for him, he is determined not to go back on his promise to a dying man. He has given his word.
