Haha! I just started Promises in Death on audio, and it is already turning out to be an emotional read. Excited!

Excited!"Megan, does it matter if I read Salvation in Death or Ritual in Death first? I'm reading conflicting things on which one goes 1st, but I'm not sure it really matters. Let me know. Thanks!
I did Ritual after Salvation, but I don't think it really matters. I don't remember anything in Ritual that mentioned Salvation or vice versa.
Megan, I'll be honest, there were several times while reading it that I looked around to see if anyone was watching me cause I was flustered. And I was reading it at home LOL
Haha Susan!! I was also thrown off by the suprise back door action in that one. I usually try to scan the reviews and someone will mention it, but I was caught completely off guard in this one. Let's just say I had to skip a lot in that book LOL!

LOL! You 're a crack up Susan! I'm doing a re-read of
and loving it. I'd forgotten just how fantastic Ash Turner is.
Oh! Those look good, Jenny! I did listen to the audiobook of
(ugh! that cover!), but otherwise I need to read the rest of them.
I keep putting off starting on the Lisa Kleypas historicals. I keep thinking once I start, I'm not going to want to put them down, so waiting til I have a clear month.
Definitely becoming a huge fan of this author. Once I find someone I like I typically read everything they've written. LOL. So once I finish this Hathaway series I'll defintely be looking for more of her books! Excited about finally getting to Leo and Catherine, this one has been building for awhile now :)

since CaroB spoke so highly of it and have to say I loved it. Defi..."Fantastic!!! So glad you liked it Jenny!
Oh Jenny, I haven't read that one yet. I have it as part of the Artist's Palette challenge, or whatever it's called, but I thought I'd do a re-read of the first two before I start it. Let me know what you think.
Jenny, did you read the novella that comes the middle?
It was awesome! I haven't read the first or second book yet, but this novella is a little gem.

I read that one, Megan! **gasp** Out of order. I know, I know. But I was just going to glance through it and b/f I knew it, I was caught up in the story.
been gone for a long time, things going on in my life and just not in the mood to read, but I'm back and reading.
I started
... Couldn't decide which PNR/UF to read so thought I'd change it up a bit.. And it was once a fanfic so we'll see how it is...

Lisa Kay wrote: "I've never read fanfic. Hmmmmm... I have mixed feelings about it."You know, sometimes the writing in fanfic isn't all that good, but you love it regardless cause it's the characters you love. But then sometimes, you come across some writing that is FANTASTIC and you think "what on earth are they doing wasting their time writing fanfic? They should be writing published books" LOL

LOL, I feel really bad about it all too.
Really, I don't want the series to end, but I can't put it down either. It's like NCIS for me. Put it on and I'm in a trance and nothing else exists. ;-)
