The boomerand simply stopped, Not even scratched. "Hmph. I will treat any of you pitiful things how I want." He remarked, slowly creeping forward to the Boomerang.

"Okay. Two can play that game." He sat back down, still casual. "You annoy me. You know that? I find you very disrespectful of your elders, and, of course, extremely and nearly painfully cocky and arrogant."
He took a small but prominent step forward while getting to his feet, defending Shae automatically, but it was merely to defend, not to show dominance.
He glanced her way, but didn't move at all nor did he say anything in response. It was a natural reaction, and he wouldn't let her deny his defense.
Ezekial Snarled a bit, walking away and grabbing his boomerang. "Watch your back." He remarked, walking away.
"Yeah." He smiled. "Just not as young as I once was. I'm fine; I promise." He leaned forward and lapped at the water of the river.
He shook out his dark pelt and yawned, electricity still dancing at his tail tip for unknown reasons.
He allowed her to come close and he wrapped his tail protectively over her body; he knew about her sleep attacks, and so he would be there for her in the case that she had one.
Ezekial Crept around the trees, scoffing. "Pathetic mice..." He mumbled, Staring at a few trees. "Some practice is in order..." He mumbled.
He never once rested his head while she was asleep. He remained alert, watching and listening for possible dangers.
He concentrated for a few moments, Before barking, A blast of glowing, purple energy flying out of his maw at high speeds. It collided with the tree, but didn't seem to cause any physical harm. The tree began to shake however, oddly enough.
He barked again, Another blast spiraling out. The tree trembled some more. "Heh." He remarked cockily.
His head jerked around towards the sound he heard in the distance. He paused. Then he said, "Nothing," with a smile. "How did you rest?"
He rolled over in the dirt when she nudged him. "Hey!" And then he shook out his pelt, sending dirt flying in every direction.
He yawned, padding away, taking a break. He noticed a dragon fly, Sitting upon a stone. He slowly crept up to it, curiosity Twinkling in his eyes.
He grinned proudly and then sat on his rump again, saying nothing but still beaming mischievously.
Just descended onto his stomach and then rested his head in between his paws; his eyelids began to droop sleepily.
His jaws stretched apart in a yawn, and then he nodded with an appreciative smile and a glance in her direction. "That would be nice; thank you." And then his eyes closed.
Ezekial leapt forward, finally grabbing the dragonfly in his jaws. He then seen two more, Going on the chase for them as well.
His eyes reopened probably about a half hour later -- a power nap. He instantly flexed into a stretch and then yawned casually, and then he sat up, glancing around as he did so.
He nodded his hello and continued to gaze silently across the river, his eyelids half-open because of how relaxed he was at the moment.
Justice returned her smile and replied, "Yeah, it really does."
Meanwhile, a young female was sniffing her way through the forest nearby. Her body was small and scrawny, and her fur was matted and worn, and she was dying for something -- anything -- to eat.

She was used to that kind of feeling though; it never went away -- not with how little food she ever had the chance to consume. She continued to search, an endless search, her mind wandering to other places as she did so.
Justice nodded his response and stood, gently shaking out his pelt, then he sauntered towards his right, in the general direction that Shae was resting, and then, all of a sudden, he jumped towards her, and if she didn't move fast, she was going in the water.

Aaaand... Splash!
Justice started guffawing endlessly as she hit the water, his stance tall and proud because of what he had just accomplished.
The female wandered out to a river -- about a good hundred feet down from where the others were -- and began drinking; she practically drowned herself with water because of how thirsty she was.

Justice booked it in the other direction, laughing as he went. "Got'cha!"
The female upstream drank from the river for a long time, hardly taking in any air to breathe as she did so, and then her ears pricked at the sound of noises nearby and she glanced over, noticing two adult wolves at play. She curiously watched them for a while without moving so ad to maintain distance at least for now.
