Ezekial Approached the river, his nose twitching. 'I swear i smelled something..' He thought, His head bobbing back and forth.
He slid to an abrupt halt just before reaching the water so that he didn't fall in, and he chuckled at her clumsy act, breathing heavily still from running.
He was stiff though and didn't react to the water; his eyes were on the strangers around, his ears swiveling backward but not quite folding back against his head, and his eyes narrowed slightly. "Who are you?"
He eyed Faith as she wandered behind a bush, whining through the pain she was feeling, but didn't say a word towards it. Instead, his gaze flickered towards the one named Ezekial and he demanded, more harshly now, "Who are you?"
Faith stood and walked out to look at the males, She turned and picked up her pups, a male and a female both pure white.
He took a step forward, a protective step over his friend Shae, when the female returned to view with her little ones, and he reassuringly touched Shae's shoulder with his tail-tip.
Faith rolled her eyes. Frost tried to look at his mother, as did Aniu but they couldn't one because their eyes weren't open yet and two because she was holding them.
"The name's Justice," he replied simply, his hard expression never phasing, "and this is Shae. We don't want any harm." He threw a sharp look in Shae's direction and then lowered his tail, not necessarily submissing to the others, but allowing them to see that he was lowering his defense, and he turned away from them, slowly, then he continuously glanced their way as he wandered away. "C'mon Shae."
((Eh. If you can convince him, sure :3 But, he can be Very stubborn, so.. Good luck!))"Respect? That's something that is earned, not given, little lady." He remarked, Standing firm. His blue eyes Scanned over each of them, as he looked into there very souls.
Ezekial's face contorted to a smug grin. "Run along now, Lesser ones." He said smugly, Walking down to the water to get a drink.
Faith set Frost and Aniu down gently. "Hey, let's not start fights okay? It's not needed." She said to Shae, Justice and Ezekiel. Frost sat near his mother.
Aniu lay beside her brother.
Ezekial scoffed, Attempting to wipe the blood off his silver muzzle. "The fact your implying these... Bugs, could pose a threat to me is hillarious." He said, Rather Cockily.
Justice went off about ten feet, so that they were within earshot but out of the others' space bubbles, then he sat down by the river and guzzled the water; he found himself to be very thirsty.
The remarks the other made about him and his friend caused the fur on his flank to rise irritably, but he said nothing, and his expression did not change; he did not even look over.
The remarks the other made about him and his friend caused the fur on his flank to rise irritably, but he said nothing, and his expression did not change; he did not even look over.
"And yet, it's the truth! Now shut up." He remarked with annoyance, Still unable to get the blud out of his stained fur.
"You seem a little cocky, 'Guy With Blood On His Muzzle'," he called over without looking that way, "am I right?" He then continued to drink.
Faith rolled her eyes, "No fights in my territory, You want to fight or kill each other do it somewhere else" Faith said with a growl. She turned and led Frost and Aniu to the den.
"That's not exactly how I define 'cocky.'" He then turned his head and looked at Ezekial, then Faith and her pups, and then back to Ezekial. "And who said this was your territory?" he muttered towards Faith. "This is mutual territory."
"If you have a problem, you can leave -- considering you're the one who doesn't like the fighting." And then he went on while looking at Ezekial, "Cocky is defined as someone who believes that he is better than his peers." He paused as he slowly made his way back over to the others. "And that seems to define you well -- unless you can prove me wrong?"
Faith growled but walked away, She'd need to find a new territory, It seemed Nobody here listened to an Alpha, Especially not an Alpha female, She picked up her pups and left even though she'd been here for four years.
Ezekial smirked. "Want to fight? Then let's start." He remarked, forcing his form up. A Dark purple boomerang, With sharp, serrated edges, Materailized within his maw.
He sat down where he was and casually curled his tail over his paws, seeming bored in his expression. "Who said I wanted to fight? I merely wanted to make a point. To both you and her."
"If your not going to prove yourself, then why don't you shut that thing you call a mouth, And keep it that way?" He asked, Sitting down.
He ducked automatically and lashed his tail, whipping his head around to watch the boomerang as it flew off then flipped back around. He kept his own power at bay, just in case, sparks of electricity flickering at his tail tip, though he had no intention of using it unless his life became totally at risk.
"I don't take orders from lesser beings." He remarked, Throwing it again. this time, it was at the side of Justice.
He jumped up and a lightning bolt shot from within him at the boomerang, and if it didn't penetrate and destroy it completely, it at least threw it off course so that it didn't touch him. "You really need to get that temper in check. I only want a little friendly banter."
