Ostrich. I used to eat it in South Africa. Its really nice. Red meat like steak, but no fat or gristle and somewhere between meat and chicken in texture. Really nice to eat.

Not sure what you mean by touristical holiday? Do you mean a traditional holiday to a resort? If so, non-touristical. I don't go to resorts, I live in one!
