Would you rather stay home or go out and celebrate on New Year's eve?

Pina Colada or Margarita

message 80: by Petra X (new)

Petra X (petra-x) I like blood oranges too.
Pina Colada mmmmmm. There is something here called a No See'Um. Its very dangerous for tourists. Its basically a Pina Colada with a banana liquidised in it and a double shot of 151 proof rum. Its a lovely sweet drink and people tend to drink it quite quickly and then order a second before the first one with all that alcohol has it. :-)

Owl or eagle?

message 88: by Petra X (new)

Petra X (petra-x) I had a friend who was going to be a partner (but she got pregnant) who was trained by Gordon Ramsay and was the pastry chef at a hotel out here. I asked if he was as rude as he appeared on tv and she said much worse, that he threw things as well, but he was very nice when things were going well. We were friends until something went wrong and then she let me have a blast of her mouth..... She had learned really well and even exceeded her boss in foul language and sheer nastiness!
