I rated it three stars. It was your typical YA vampire book

How do you like it so far?"
It's okay so far. I have two problems with it though. One is the serious similarity between this book and the giver and second the writing is kind of meh. However, the idea is pretty interesting

Ugh! I know! I didn't like it either but it was either that or The Selection since I haven't been to the library for a while and I've got nothing. The Selection gave me a headache trying to understand and absorb everything in, so it was Perfect Chemistry. I kept hoping Alex would die because at least that would've made the book better I think. They should've just both died.
Everyone loves it and I just don't understand! I had a problem with the writing, I thought it was too predictable, the ending was lame, and their love wasn't even believable! (I didn't think so)Yeah, one or both of them dying would have made a better story.
I know! Everyone was gushing about how fantastic it was and the amount of five stars it received was ridiculous, if you ask me. The only reason I read it was because everyone said it was awesome. Otherwise, I wouldn't even have touched the book with a mater stick. I completely agree with everything you said. Ugh.
Me too!! I also had a problem with the whole gang thing, it makes me wonder if she knew anything about gangs before she wrote it because to me it didn't really seem like it.I was planning to give the other two a try since they are about his brothers but I changed my mind.
I know. My curiosity perked up again once I read that it was about his brothers. Then I read the synopsis ( which I don't usually do but I feel like I have with her books) and no. Just no. Not after what Perfect Chemistry was like.
I'm reading Wizard and Glass, by Stephen King, Ann Patchett's State of Wonder, and Doris Lessing's The Diary of a Good Neighbour.
I'm reading City of Ember for school
Jordan (The Gleek) wrote: "I'm reading City of Ember for school"City of Ember is awesome, but make sure you follow up. I believe it's the first part of a tetralogy. I have two more books to read.
