John wrote: "https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... - Some of your blood by Theodore Sturgeon available from Audible Plus https://www.audible.com/pd/Some-of-Yo......"Oh HELL YEAH! Thanks for the tip! I loved that story so much.
I recently listened to Case White by Thomas Sullivan. It was about the rise of hatred and the nazis, between the first world war and it ends at the end of WWII. It was sad and creepy. The author has been nominated for a Pulitzer Prize at one point, so I'm not sure why this book is not more well known. Narrated by Joshua Saxon, I highly recommend this one. Now, I'm listening to the fifth book in The Expanse series, Nemesis Games.
I'm listening to The Cthulhu Casebooks: Sherlock Holmes and the Shadwell Shadows by James Lovegrove. So far, so fun for this Lovecraft fan. Lots of solid creepy Mythos detail.
i'm listening to Blood On Satan's Claw from audible plus. i haven't seen the movie but this dramatization is very good!

The Best Horror of the Year Volume Eight also on Audible Plus. Halfway thru and not a bad story yet. Probably a 4 star review.
Latasha wrote: "Ohh that sounds good. How is it so far?"I'm liking it, Arthur Conan Doyle is a character in it, I never knew that when I started.
I finished Ghostland and began Nightmares and Dreamscapes you should see the people reading this! The first story was read by Whoopi Goldberg and the next one by Tim Curry! So many big names reading these stories and they are doing great!
I’m listening to Antonina, by Wilkie Collins, and The Lottery and Other Stories, by Shirley Jackson.
'Salem's Lot. My first and still one of my favorite King books but have never done the audio before.
At the moment, I've been listening to Our Time Is Now: Power, Purpose, and the Fight for a Fair America by Stacey Abrams. Nonfiction works really well for me as audiobooks, I've learned...
I'm listening to Pavane, basically because I couldn't get into the written text but need to finish it until Friday for a group discussion.
I just started My Best Friend’s Exorcism by Grady Hendrix and I’m loving the 80s horror theme so much.
today i started Krampus and The Thief of Christmas: A Christmas Novel and my folklore loving heart is loving it. Next i'll be listening to Hannah-Beast
Michelle wrote: "I'm listening to Mexican Gothic and loving it. Very dark and atmospheric."i LOVED this one!
i listened to Wild Fell just don't. the narrator is awful. The next book i start will probably be The Witching Hour for a group read. I have read this one many times. I do love those Mayfair witches!
I started A Secret History of Witches last week. It's very good! It does have a little horror in it but I would not call this author a horror author.
Bone White by Malfi. I had started the contortionists Handbook but am not really liking it…about a third in…I will try again when I’m finished with Bone White!
I know it's not horror, but I just finished doing an audiobook read along with the hardcover of The Rise of the Dragon: An Illustrated History of the Targaryen Dynasty, Volume One by George R.R. Martin. For the previous "history" book The World of Ice & Fire: The Untold History of Westeros and the Game of Thrones, I looked at the art in the hardcover, then listened to the audiobook later. This was a much better experience. I plan on doing a read along with the Sandman graphic novels soon. I bought the 1st 2 volumes from Audible & will borrow the digital graphic novels from Hoopla.

I..."@Latasha I just watched the first 2 episodes of The Mayfair Witches - very different from the book as so far Michael isn't even a part of the story.
Just finished
unfortunately my library doesn't have the third book - so will have to pick that up.
I enjoyed the book so am now waiting for the paperback version to arrive so I can review and highlight.Starting
I am currently listening to Then She Was Gone. I am 38% through it and am finding it frustratingly boring. I hope something happens soon... I am also listening to Entangled Life by Merlin Sheldrake, who also narrates. I just started and am finding it very intriguing. It is about "how fungi make our worlds, change our minds, and shape our futures". Watching the Last of Us lead me to this book lol. I will keep you posted.
