Michelle(Chelle) aka Nightshade - Cake Whisperer (michmag) I just love Raphael & Cyn. I thought this dialogue between the two of them was so heartfelt. This was in Sophia.

"How would I live without you?" Her voice cracked with emotion as she fisted one hand and punched his shoulder. "You're irreplaceable, damn you!"

He stared at her, loosening his hold until he could run gentle hands up and down her arms. "And do you think you're not?" he asked, his impatience replaced by stunned disbelief. "Do you think I could go on if something happened to you? Do you think I would want to?"

Cyn looked away, a flush of embarrassment staining her lovely cheeks.

"Sweet Cyn," he murmured, pulling her into his arms. "Lubimaya," he whispered against her fragrant hair. "I would sooner die at your side than live without you."

"Me, too" she whispered, tears filling her voice.

"Then there is nothing for it. We shall both have to live, my Cyn."

Katya | 645 comments This is a sweet scene from Duncan Duncan (Vampires in America, #5) by D.B. Reynolds ...sometimes it is not what is said that makes you go awwww, rather what is not said:

She knew the minute HE arrived. Felt the warm blanket of comfort reach out to her frozen soul....He made his way down the isle and sat next to her...he didn't reach out, didn't touch her...a single tear slid out from her closed lids and she blindly reached for his hand. He took her hand and more, gathering her close, arms coming around her warm and strong as her head sank down unto his shoulder and the tears finally came soaking the lapel of his wool suit. He offered her a perfectly white handkerchief...she stared at it and wondered who carries that type of thing anymore? He looked back at her and explained, "I'm old fashioned."

Heather (hbodley17) | 7 comments When I read the question this scene popped into my head right away! I don't know why but this quote really did make me say "AWWWW" outloud when I read it. : ) Coming from such a "tough" character makes it all the more sweet.

From "Lover Avenged" JR Ward:

"Don't you get it, Ehlena." With gentle hands, he stroked down her calf and brought her foot forward, balancing it on his thigh. As he undid the laces on her cheapo Keds sneaker, he whispered, "No matter what you wear...to me, you will always have diamonds on the soles of your shoes."

Aww actually that was my favorite book in the whole series. I don't know. I think the writing was better and Rev and Ehlena were just better characters IMO

oh Shannon, you are a better woman than I...although I love that line-it is soooooooooo romantic....I am so jaded..I might laugh in his face if a man said that to me. Katya shakes her head in shame.

I loved it too! It had the best plot and story of the whole series although I think Lover awakened was a bit more emotional.

I have to say, this line was one of the corniest I'd read. I honestly rolled my eyes when I read it. Ward could have done better.

Ty great subject! I too added the Vamps in America to my TBR pile. :)
my current obsession is Laini Taylor's Daughter of Smoke and Bone (Daughter of Smoke and Bone, #1) by Laini Taylor - so I would probably nominate pretty much nearly every single line of that book for the awww factor. Okay, well, really - here's my favorite:

"She craved a presence beside her, solid. Fingertips light at the nape of her neck and a voice meeting hers in the dark. Someone who would wait with an umbrella to walk her home in the rain, and smile like sunshine when he saw her coming. Who would dance with her on her balcony, keep his promises and know her secrets, and make a tiny world wherever he was, with just her and his arms and his whisper and her trust."

Season 1 and season 2 are the most romantic seasons in my opinion. Season 1 focuses on Jax and Tara's romance, and Season 2 focuses again on Jax and Tara's romance AND Clay and Gemma's romance. But honestly, you need to watch the entire season 1 to truly understand the love Jax has for Tara when he is asking her to not leave town.

I started watching this show just because of this line you posted! lol

On season 2 now, then watching Season 3. Netflix baby! haha

I thought season one and two were the best. Season 3 was the worst and had very little romance in it. Season 4 (the one that just ended) I really liked and got the show back on track.

I am flying through them! I stayed up till about 1 on friday and saturday to finish season one, which is rare for me since I have a a one year old who likes to get up at 6:00 and a 5 yr old who never sleep past 8. lol I was tired!!

Ah! That really makes me want to watch it. I know I'm missing a bunch, and have been waiting for season 1 to be re-aired so I can record it on my dvr. But, I think I'll have to investigate Netflix!

Check out your local library. Mine has dvds for rent and video games and cds. My local library has Sons of Anarchy all the seasons on dvd. And it's free to rent dvds at my library.

Amanda Carney Thanks Demetra! I've been on the Sons Of Anarchy waiting list at my library forEVER! Haha! I actually just went and signed up for Netflix. Trying to figure out how to stream it to my actual tv. Do you by chance know how? Yeah, watching it on the laptop screen is a bit lacking.

DemetraP | 379 comments You can watch Netflix on your tv if you have an xbox system (yeah, the video game thing) and you stream Netflix through it.

Or you can buy a cable from Best Buy (I don't know what it's called but the employees do) that allows you to connect your laptop to your tv at some port in the back of the tv, and watch the picture on your laptop through your tv.

You can use a WII as well for streaming on your tv

Yvette | 124 comments You can use a PS3 as well. And some tv's have the wifi built in, well that's how my parents tv is anyway.

In order to use the game consoles you have to have internet access, wether it's wifi or cable.
