SOLVED. JF fantasy from the 80s. Protag's named Jennifer [s]

I'm looking for a juvenile fantasy book, published in the late 80s I think, about a girl named Jennifer. I think there's a dwarf and a dragon in it. I think the cover was mostly either green or blue (or turquoise), featuring Jennifer, who, I think, had long brown hair.

I keep thinking the word "Seven" or "Seventh" is part of the title, but I'm very unsure about that.

Sorry for the vague description. I barely remember this book.
