Depending on how you access GR, you may only be able to see whatever page GR takes you to. It's not always possible to page forward.
I try to find a book that contains something from the "errant" post and the last one instead of making someone feel bad about something they may be unable to control. It makes for a friendlier environment.

As a moderator I'm concerned that everyone enjoys the games. I know all players try to play the games correctly, but we all make mistakes sometimes, or forget to refresh, etc.
In regard to that, I have to ask that everyone be polite and please refrain from making harsh comments. It's not appropriate for 'fun and games.'
