Since there are no books in you to-read I was going blind but I heard good things about The Devil in the White City Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair that Changed America by Erik Larson so I thought this might be a good one for you to read. Your back up is The Stranger Beside Me Ted Bundy The Shocking Inside Story by Ann Rule . Hope you enjoy them.

Good reading.

Well I can say that I have just finished reading my three recommended books, bitten, moon called and half way to the grave. I have to say Don't know which one i like better they were all awesome. I do have to say mercy is wonderful in her greasy glory and the way it was writen left me moving on to other books in the series. half way to the grave also has me reading other books about bones and cat. I just am speechless about how much i enjoyed the werewolf and vampire books. I have not read these types of books before, always more angel and demon, but i think a switch is now in order.

If anyone else wants to recommend any other books or authors that might be a good read i am open for any more suggestions. and cant wait to read more about mercedes, cat and bones. the bitten book was a slow starter but ended very strong and i enjoyed reading about her personal struggle with the pack and being bitten. however it ended without full closure for me. I hope there is a another to round it out.

Check out J R Ward Dark Lover (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #1) by J.R. Ward -vampire series ~fabulous and Covet (The Fallen Angels, #1) by J.R. Ward - angel series ~ awesome!! These are the first of these series...

The wimp in me won out. I wasn't particularly enjoying the books (paranormal is just not my genre) but then it got scary and I REALLY didn't like them then. I tried, which is more than I thought I could do. That was the whole point of me taking on this challenge, reading something I definitely wouldn't pick up for myself. I may not have finished but I did try. :-)

Dani, maybe try One Foot in the Grave (Night Huntress, #2) by Jeaniene Frost or Magic Bites (Kate Daniels, #1) by Ilona Andrews instead ~ the Ilona Andrews book has a lot of world building just so you know. They have less "scare factor" I thought than KMM if you want to give another go......
