Yeah they included the first chapter of the next book at the end and it looked really good. I think I might end up buying the rest since I liked the first one

So glad you liked it; it is on my TBR pile. Thinking of 'starting" that series in January - something to look forward to with all the cold/dreary weather we get in Chicago over the winter months☺
Finished A Certain Slant of Light and highly enjoyed it:) While it's grouped as YA I would say very mature YA. Story goes through a wide range of issues that would bother some people. The writing is gorgeous, and I do recommend it. Thanks for chosing it for me!
Dawn (Kat N Hat) wrote: "Thanks Ketty, I requested both from the library."I read Moon Called and loved it! Hope you do too.
Finished both of my books! I absolutely loved Delirium. It was amazing. Bumped was alright, but I didn't enjoy the ending. Thanks so much for recommending both of these, Dawn!
I'm reading my book, but I got it late, so I'm gonna have to read fast! ha ha. So far, The Stranger Beside Me: Ted Bundy The Shocking Inside Story by Ann Rule is pretty interesting. Lots of detail.
I think my book will be the death of me. It's interesting, and definitely one I wanted to read. I just feel like I'm not making any progress. LOTS of detail and repetition. Still got a few days, so I'm hanging in there!
☼ I'm updating the list for completions. If you're done and I don't have you marked as complete on the participant list, please let me know so I can update it.☼ How was this challenge? Any feedback on ways to improve it? Next month's is already posted so if there's anything we can do to make it better, please let me know!
Thanks!
I have one more book to read, 1/3 thru already and I should finish before the month is up! I think it's a great challenge, another way to learn of new books/authors that we've never heard of before.
I am trying to read
, having a hard time keeping up with it. The main characters train of thought is all over the place. I will finish tonight, I will finish tonight, I will finish tonight...
I had a hard time with that one, too. I just didn't like any of the characters. Every single one of them got on my nerves. =/ I haven't continued the series just because of it.
Well, I did it. I finished my book, just under the wire. I read The Stranger Beside Me: Ted Bundy The Shocking Inside Story by Ann Rule and it was a huge book for me. 656 pages, with all the additions. It was a hard read, a bit repetitive, but interesting. I'll definitely read more from Ann Rule! This was fun!
