Janice (jamasc) | 59875 comments I can't think of anything off the top of my head that I would like a sequel. I'll have to think about that for a bit.

I started reading Agatha Christie's autobiography but didn't finish it. It wasn't that I didn't like it. I think I set it down and didn't get back to it.

Cheryl (cherylllr) This has definitely happened to me. I'll think about it for more examples, but currently in another group we're discussing Wells' The Time Machine and I know I'd love more of his adventures, or at least some answers to what happened next.

Linda When I read My Name is Mary Sutter I yearned for a sequel, I so loved this book and adored Mary.

Cheryl (cherylllr) Time Machine is very short, frustratingly so.

Mary Sutter was a great book, I remember - but I don't remember details. I bet it would be good to read more about her.

What would you put in a sequel, if it was up to you?"

I guess more about her experiences as a doctor during a time when female doctors were not accepted. There could be so much more written about that and her personality (bull-headed and persistent) could make at least one more book interesting for me.

I would LOVE for "The Princess Bride" to have a sequel. Others I would like more of are "The Book of Negroes," "Remembrance" by Jude Deveraux, and "The Reckoning."
