I hope so too. I think it all depends on how well the Mortal Instruments will go, and will they make as many movies of that as there are/will be books? I like this setting better, the victorian age.
I hope they make them too....That would be awesome if they Mortal Instuments went well and they made every MI book into a movie! :)
I hope so! They'll probably just stick w/ TMI though. That and the prequel series would be a bit much (well not for us, but you know what I mean). But I like this setting better too.

It's a shame that they picked MI for a movie instead of Infernal Devices. I like the setting better in Infernal Devices and I think it would be more original.

I'd probably rather see this movie than the MI movie. Idk, I like this series better (even though I only read the first book of ID and the first to in MI lol).

haha if only if he took his shirt off. i would have been so happy to to even think about it and even more happy to be able to read it. :) hehe but still good thoughts. Also if Jace and will are family then that means will mom and dad had another kid or Will has a kid. I like the second one better

But they are in London in the 1800's I think...yeah thay are :) so There is Lightwood in this book to and we have heard that name....and in the Mortal Instuments Mangus talked about how he used to be with Camille to Alec a long time ago and they are togther in Clockwork Prince so they cant really be brothers. Well Unless you they are cousins because Seth Hernoldos his dad....IDK :) :)
Kinda of confusing...? But its still cool, and I want clockwork prince to come out so we can know even more about how they're all related and who has kids and everything else! Also, a movie would extremely awesome! I think I would like it even more than MI. Sorry if that didn't make any sense!!:D

I think I heard that the rights for a movie to TID were sold at the same time as TMI, but I could be wrong. I <3 both, but I like TMI better. It has Jace ;). Will just isn't the same as Jace...

I think there will be. Clockwork Angel is a really popular book, so there's a pretty good chance of one being done.
I prefer ID over TMI, but I think with the backlash of the casting of Jace producers may be wary to finance ID. In the end, it will only happen if TMI can get through the pre-production stage and becomes a box office hit. Otherwise, I would suspect that everyone that had a fit over the Jace casting can blame themselves, because in the end producers listen to fans and try to make safe bets. They're not going to want to take a chance where half of the fan base won't see a million dollar movie, even if it's over something petty like an actor cast in a specific role.

She said it's still in the talking stage, though, no real move being made torwards pre production, so my guess is that they are going to wait it out and see how TMI is gonna do. Jamie Campbell Bower being cast as Jace caused a lot of crap (at least with my bookclub and me :) But after watching the sreies Camelot, which had him as King Arthur, I think that the kid can act, but the jury's still out on wether he can handle sass of Jace's magnitude XDDD so EVERYONE GO OUT AND SUPPORT TMI AND KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED!!!!!!

OMG!! I really hope so, and since they are making the Mortal Instruments into a movie series I believe it would benefit their business and my life if the made the Infernal Devices a movie series as well. Besides who doesn't want to know the prequel if they already know the sequel?
