Theresa (tsorrels) We have 10 nominations this month to vote on for our November group read.

If you would like to read a synopsis of the different books, you can go here.

2. Touch of Evil by C.T. Adams and Cathy Clamp - 7

message 47: by Jakub (last edited Oct 19, 2008 08:10AM) (new)

Jakub (jnareb) | 21 comments War for the Oaks by Emma Bull - I have read it and I like it very much. I go back to it from time to time. Now if the book came with CD with the songs mentioned in the book... or at least screenplay

Dancing With Werewolves by Carole Nelson Douglas - the synopsis looks nice. I am bit weary for the time being of all 'mysterious past' / 'mysterious power' urban fantasy stories (although not listed "Mercy" series by Patricia Briggs reads nice, even though it has some of 'unknown power').

P.S. So many "Dancing With Werevolves", or similar, titles

message 48: by Jessica (new)

Jessica (chey1) | 4 comments Dark Fever by Marie Moning or You Slay Me Katie MacAlister

message 49: by SuperSonic77 (new)

SuperSonic77 | 1 comments Wow... so excited about November's book selections. I have read both Moning's and Palmer's books/series so I will be voting for those that I haven't read...

1. Touch of Evil
2. Dancing With Werewolves

Actually, all of them sound interesting so I wouldn't mind too much if these weren't chosen... There is always next month ;) I look forward to hearing about the final results.

message 50: by Lori (new)

Lori (cainadai) | 3 comments Nightwalker

(Because I've already read it, think others should and probably won't have much time for reading next month.)
