Wow. Autumn, you put into words what I couldn't. I don't know why the lessers annoy the crap out of me too! LOL! I just want to skim over those parts. This is not the case with every villain I've come across in other books/series. Hmmm. I find Ward will write a perfect sentence. . . then NOT. Very interesting.

Lover Awakened is one of my very favorite of all time BDB books, and Z is, hands down, my favorite Brother and one of my absolute favorite heroes across the genres. I hope you come to love the series as much as I do!!

Oh, Dhes, I really am amazed at how much I came to care for the characters by the end of . That's not my complaint. In fact, I admire an author that can do that to me. ☺

Yeah, i think the same thing about Z. I dont think i will be so emotionally invested in her later installemts.However, i have a penchant for Vishous .. the man.. the man.. he does something to me.. LOL! Im so jumping my bones to get to book 5 already. He intrigues me .. A LOT...

I'm so glad, Lisa Kay!!! It's my favorite PNR series to date, and the only series which I'll buy in every format. Kindle for my Kindle so I can read at midnight on release date, Hardcover so my family can read it because no way in hell will I let them touch my Kindle, and paperback because... well, all my books must match.

Sounds like she is, Autumn! I saw all the controversy over that one cover, where the guy look emaciated. Did they end up changing it? When does it come out; or did it already?

Lover Reborn was the controversial cover, and all they had to do to fix it was zoom out.

The thing about Tohrment is, without going into a lot of plot detail because that'd give away too many spoilers, he went through a very, very rough time and wanted to die. He actually did become very emaciated and so the cover matched what we had learned of him, but it was so unattractive for a book cover. They used the same model, same photo, just pulled back some and he looks much better!

will be released late March or early April. It's a tough book. I won't say why because of spoilers, but I have such incredibly mixed feelings about it. I hope the WARDen can pull it off, make us buy what she's selling.... I want his story, but I'm not sure I'm ready for it.

No.I have to get thru Butch's first.I don't really like Marissa though.She is way to delicate for my liking.I like B, so I will stick around book 4. But I'm jumping on my bones to fly through 5.

Marissa never becomes a favorite heroine, but she really does come into her own at the end of Lover Revealed!!! A lot of people hate her because she's... well... she's Butch's shellan and a lot of people would have preferred for V and Butch to be a m/m team. I wish they'd let it go and just accept the pairings as they are, though.

You really should check out the JR WARD BLACK DAGGER BROTHERHOOD group here on Goodreads. LOTS of great information and very sexy pictures :) We've tried to make sure the threads are labeled for spoilers, but if you avoid any of the threads except those about the books you've already read, you should be good to go!!
