I like the silver, the blending is pretty. I just hate books with random posing people on the covers. (similar to the Michael Grant Gone covers.)
I think it's better than the 4th one haha.

I don't really like faces on my books up close. It messes with my imagination!

Book 3 of Jasper Dent reminds me of the prequel to Hold Me Closer, Necromancer.
Okay, every time I read Hold Me Closer, Necromancer, I hear Elton John singing "hold me closer Tiny Dancer". And I don't even know if those are real words in the song.
Blood of My Blood reminds me of the Dothraki.
The title? It reminds me of Outlander.The cover is gorgeous. Definitely all about the Crow King. I can not wait to read that!

Do you mean the next Necromancer book or Jasper Dent? I've only read book 1 of both series, so I'm still behind.
I meant the Jasper Dent book, though I suppose the both of them. I can't wait for the both of them.

This cover is quite pretty. I appreciate when an NA novel is not just a close up of some dude's abs, which is sadly the norm it seems.
Okay, copying and pasting a book cover image from my iPhone apparently didn't work. The book is Unravel by Calia Read.
The cover is sort of cheap and off-putting but I love this series. lol
A friend just linked the new Elementals cover in another group. I'm so happy that Michael got a makeover. He's come a long way from being stuck in that bush on the prequel cover. :p
I really am excited for Michael's book. He's become my favorite character of the series.
I gotta say, I like that cover a LOT more!
Loved the cover (and the guy ;). And loved the news too!. Michael's book! That makes me want to resume the series where I left it.
The Throne of Glass series covers. If you ever wanted a heroine to look badass, they pretty much cover it.

Please tell me this is a placeholder cover? It doesn't look polished, and doesn't match the series at all. Necromancer book 3.
This third book isn't going to be about the same people. It's starting over with a new character in the same world.
But if it's the same series, wouldn't the font be the same or some of the design styling, even with different characters?
You would think, lol. Especially since that's how it's numbered. It would have been easier if she'd done it as a spin-off like Vampire Academy and Bloodlines.

I know this is an older comment, but I enjoyed reading through pages of these! Some gorgeous (and not so much) covers on here.
The reason for the identical image (with a bit of editing) is that the author bought the rights to use a stock image, but others can also buy the rights to use it as well. So...another author, not knowing that image is already on a book, will buy the rights and make a cover with the same image.
The only way to avoid that is to pay an outrageous fee for exclusive rights (no one else can use it, buyer now owns the photo) or to shoot your own photos for the cover. And if you think some of THESE are bad... :/

I like the purple. The cover models (and their awkward posing) will never do it for me, but the color scheme on this cover is very pretty.
I love Seraphina and its covers. Poor Richelle Mead. Sydney's facial expression.
Don't like the cover of the new Richelle Mead.... but I do like the spines of them on my bookshelf!

Bumping this. I want to see some nice covers but have been out of the loop with new release lately. Has anyone seen some good ones recently?
I just realized the second Great Library book has a cover. This whole series is drool-worthy.
How is the series so far? I wouldn't mind trying another Rachel Caine series.
I really liked the first book, although I know some people thought it was boring/dry. The second book is slated to come out July 2016.
