She's facing forward? Yikes! If she were topless, she would remind me of a ciguapa (that's a Taino myth of a long haired woman with her feet facing backwards.)
It's a good picture for a book called 'insanity' though.
She also looks like she's missing an arm! Sounds interesting, though. I actually just bought that authors book
yesterday since I'm on a Kindle cheapie read-a-thon lately. If that one is any good, I'll have to get this one.

It only took me threatening her with bludgeoning in her new home on her very light carpet! Man it took me talking to T for like 3 days and it consisting of this:"T, what are we gonna get Jenny? Him: I dunno." Rinse and repeat every time I mentioned it. So one slow day at work when I was working alone it took me 1 hour and 40 minutes to find a signed copy. Seriously. WTF. But it was all gravy when I bought the last two they had! >:) God help me if I have to take that long to find some again. Powell's better not let me down!

That cover is GORGEOUS! I may have to actually buy the hardcover for once instead of the ebook.

I know. I don't buy many print books these days but this series will be one I own in print. The covers are unique.

I thought the DOSAB cover was so stunning that I was honestly worried that they couldn't match it. So glad I was wrong!
Watch these assholes change the cover art for book 3.
I hate every publishing houses art department that thinks it is a BRILLIANT AND WONDERFUL IDEA to make all the covers in a series NOT MATCH. They are assholes and should be harmed...seriously harmed!
It pisses me off when it happens with other series, but if it happens with this one???? OH HELL NO!
Not afraid. I have little faith that things will remain the same! Annoyed is the word for me. I HATE non-matching covers. I see red.
Like with Curseworkers and Dustlands? It sucks when you own one type of cover art and then it's changed.

I haven't read past book 1 either. But Penguin sent me a jacket in the new style to put on my hardcover. I like the old covers better, though. :( so I put the new jacket under the pretty one. lol
