I'm not sure of either of these need deleting since the only difference between them are the last 2 digits of the ISBN, but I'm guessing 9780575097186 should be deleted - does the number indicate that it's older (or out of print) and that 9780575097193 should be left instead?

Neither of these need to be deleted since they both have valid ISBNs.

Natasa, those are both perfectly valid ISBNs. The order of ISBNs doesn't always mean anything (publishers buy them in batches), but in any case, we don't delete books that are out of print.
