Not really, I've lived in the PNW for over ten years now (including Portland and Seattle) and Bend sort of has a similar vibe to Pismo Beach/San Luis Obispo (college town/tourist trap).

Its a beautiful country lived in Miami, Florida too. But you live in a nice state Tennessee, I always wanted to go to nashville. How is it there. Maybe we can add each other as friends and just chat about our geographies and of course books :)
