Just finished - just started

I finished reading The Last English Village which I thoroughly enjoyed - a gently escapist tale.
I haven't started it yet, but I plan to give Gray Justice a go for kuf. I can't always cope with thrillers because I am quite nervy (like Mrs Bennett) and can't handle the tension! I'll see how I get on anyway..

I've finished Gray Justice now. I enjoyed some of it but found the ending too violent for my taste - but then I'm not really a thriller fan.
Now I've just downloaded The Tonic to read for our group read (I've given up on Wuthering Heights which I have read years ago anyway..)

Just started Fake Kate by David Wailing. I've enjoyed his other stuff so I should love this.

I thought it was slow to get going but after 56% in pick up some and I enjoyed it. Will have a change now from space. Off to check what to read next

Sticky? Have some ribs from Steve's party found their way over here then...?
I've just finished The Tonic and really enjoyed it!
Not sure what I will read next, something light...

He printed out a set of maps for it and I think he spends as much time studying the maps as he does reading the books.
I think there's a character tree in there as well. He's made himself quite the little booklet.
Would you lot like me to find out which website he found them on for you?

Oh thank you Patti. Thats great!

Not sure what to start next.

Went back to it last night but I'm afraid it's lost it's allure now. I'm only about 70% along yet all the little mysteries seem to be solved already.
Don't know if I want to face 30% of tieing up the plot threads. Would probably been alright if I'd not had a break from it.
Oh and you're quite welcome, Pat. I wish you'd mentioned it ages ago!
Please do let us know if you have any niggles with the group. Simon and I will always do our best to sort it, if we can. :)

Oh yes, Patti! That would be great thanks!
I've just finished See Before You Die: Costa Rica which I enjoyed. chicklit, cosy mystery and travel book rolled into one. A nice holiday or escapist read.
Now I'm going to read the next in the series, See Before You Die: Patagonia.

Ohh Darren, Now I feel as if I'm a bit too close to Cornwalls coasts! Head for the hills folks, it much safer in them!

Just started The Crimson Petal and the White

I've just started reading The Crime Writer's Guide To Police Practice And Procedure !

Half way through Natural Causes I only started this one to see if it would be a good book for a quiz. Now I want to know why the poor girl suffered such a horible death.
