Please nominate books for the September Random Read. Nominations do not need to be seconded. We will list all nominations in a vote, and then have a run-off between the top two books!

Dies the Fire-Kevin
Ubik-Macchiavelli
Rendezvous with Rama-Aloha
Embassytown-Richard
Signal to Noise-Scott
Revelation Space-Mark

Did you mean to put that in the horror/sci-fi amanda? or is it more appropriate in the random?

message 6: by Amanda (new)

Amanda M. Lyons (amandamlyons) yeah I meant to put it in the horror sci-fi oops1 Need me to shift it?

message 8: by Jenny (new)

Jenny (jennyc89) I was going to nominate something, but now I think I'll put my vote behind Philip K. Dick! I was probably going to nominate one of his books anyways. Rendezvous With Rama would be great to read too.

I love his short stories! I started with The Philip K. Dick Reader and I just fell in love. I have another collection on his short stories, but I don't remember which one. He instantly became one of my favorite authors. I want to read everything he's written!

You can, if you think it's more appropriate. It does not matter for me.
