Just looked into this series and discovered that my library has them! I put the first one, Every Dead Thing, on my endless TBR shelf. I'm I'm hoping I'll live a very, very, long time!

I can't keep up with him either! I used to read all the Alex Cross series as soon as they came out as I really love the characters. Then I got on to something else and haven't read past Mary, Mary which is #11. Now there's #24! If I went back to this series now, I'm not certain how many I'd have to re-read. Not going to happen this year for sure! I think maybe I'll make it part of my 2018 series personal challenge.
I have kept up with the Woman's Murder Club so I'm looking forward to this one as well.

The Black Book looks good, too. My local library has it, along with a pretty long waiting list. By the time I get to borrowing library books they'll be out of publication at the rate I'm going!

Yes this is one series I dip in and out of at random. I sometimes meet a spoiler about what happens in his love life or with his kids, but I have such a short memory it doesn't bother me much!

Sadly, I wasn't able to read The Black House this month before it had to go back to the library. This doesn't say if this is a follow up to the series?
