OK I am going to use:

Will do hun!

I just listened to an audiobook that might be on the Supernatural shelf. If it is, I will review that so that's done.

:D Great description! I felt the same way about this one and supernatural. What to choose, what to choose!

I tried reading this in print a few weeks ago and just could not get into it at all. I had to mail it out for a game on PBS. So I got the CDs from the library. I'm glad I gave it chance on audio because it was much better that way. The reader was really good. A lot of the literary references went over my head even as avid a reader as I am. But I did most of my classics reading in high school many moons ago. So whatever I had in my brain about Shakespear, the Brontes, Dickens etc.., is long gone. But I still enjoyed it enough to get more of the series on CD from the library.

Too bad it doesn't give us a bingo... yet. :D

LOL! Great analogy. :)

My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I absolutely loved this book! It made me laugh so many times and I really got pulled in to the story.
Charley Davidson is a grim reaper, and works with the police to help solves crimes. It helps that she can talk to the dead and ask them who killed them! She is on the case of three dead lawyers who never seen who kills them and it seems they died as result of something much bigger! Charley has to solve the case as well as face a blast from her past who it seems he is much more than he appeared.
This story really engaged me from the first chapter and flowed so easily it was so easy to read! The thing that made me fall in love with this book and give it five stars was the characters. Charley was hilarious! I spent half the time reading this book wiping tears from my eyes as she was so funny but then again I do love a sarcastic heroine! The supporting characters didn't let me down either, from her best friend Cookie to a PI called Garrett, it was a joy to read!
I would recommend this book to anybody! It has something for everyone.

Glad to hear it's awesome. I used my Audible credit on this earlier in the month. As soon as I finish Virals, I'll start right in on it.

Book Completed: September 5, 2011
Shelf: Supernatural
Rating: ★★★½
I’m totally a sucker for paranormal books that have offbeat, hilarious, sarcastic and witty characters, so after I finished after How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf I just knew I had to read more about the Crescent clan of werewolves in The Art of Seducing a Naked Werewolf, the second book in the series. Maggie was a bit intimidating in the first book and frankly not very likable in the first book. However, I enjoyed Molly Harper’s writing, so I was interested in continuing with the series.
Maggie has a lot going on as the pack alpha; taking care of the pack, the town, al the while keeping the pack a secret. Enter Dr. Nicolas Thatcher, a gorgeous geek who resembles a Viking god. Maggie’s attraction to him is instantaneous but for the good of the pack she tries to ignore the good doctor. Nick has come to the valley to investigate the recent wolf sightings and as he looks into the sightings, things begin to heat up between him and Maggie.
Initially, I still didn’t connect with Maggie. She is prickly and short tempered and it was hard to feel connected to her, but slowly over the book I began to warm toward her. She is one of those characters that are hard on the outside and soft on the inside, but with Maggie’s case she had never really cracked open the shell. There are a couple of scenes that had me giggling out loud; the party makeover scene is hysterical. Overall, I enjoyed the romance between Nick and Maggie, along with the mystery the characters were involved with and would recommend for those that enjoy comedic romantic stories.

My condolences to you and your family.

On a better note, I finished Magic Bleeds and I absolutely loved it. I think I this is the best book in the series (so far). I'll do my writeup tonight.

Blood Bound: I'd forgotten how much I liked this series. The story was fast paced and literally kept me on the edge of my seat through the last half of the book. Apparently, I'm a sucker for love triangles (or whatever you call it if there are 3 suitors) because I loved all the scenes with Mercy/Adam, Mercy/Samuel and Mercy/Stefan (even though I know she's so not going to end up with a vampire) but that's not the main pull of this series. I'm glad I have the next three on my shelf at home. :D

Sorry about that, Ladies. I was looking for Mary's initial book and missed where she'd changed it and posted her review. Supe stamp comin' up! :D

You now have an updated BINGO card with a stamp on 'supernatural'.

Good Job!! :D

I think this was my favorite one of the series. I wish Kade had been a little more fleshed out before he got his own story. But then I guess there would be less to write about his background in this one. I felt kind of sorry for the Ancient. Yeah he's a vicious killer but who wouldn't be after being held captive for several decades? I am itching to start the next one but I'm going to hold out ontil the next shelf is called just incase it works for it since it's on a couple of them.

4 stars because I really like Kira & Mencheres both separately and together. They're scenes together are the most enjoyable in the book. Kira is a great blunt, but not tactless, heroine and it's fun to see Mencheres stop brooding when he's with her. As far as the plot outside of their relationship, I thought it was pretty meh. The villain might as well have been name Snidley Whiplash for all his subtly and frankly I was a little confused at the end with who was in on what plot and what happened to the woman they rescued. But I was tired and probably just missed something and I didn't really care enough to go back and figure it out. Still, this is primarily a romance and the romance part works. So for me the other plot points count less. I'm hoping Vlad's book is coming as I love him. As a side note: I usually read books on my kindle but I got this one cheap at a Border's closing sale. I'm spoiled by my kindle hiding awful covers and this is one of the worst. I was actively hiding it the whole time I was reading at Starbucks.
