Not sure Lisa Kay, I bought the collection for this author so got all the books available as ebooks at once. She's an ok writer, some books are really funny, some were rather "meh". But like you, I'm a mood reader, so that could have a lot to do with it.
Okay, I'm listening to an audio and they have begun the seduction... and all I can think of is: "Now
where
are they?" LOL!
lol! As long as it doesn't stop you from enjoying the scene!
It did ...stall... it a little, LOL! But at least I got a good laugh at myself.
They are going for round two now, but it is all mattress motion.
I liked The Smoke Thief ok, CaroB, but nothing that rocked my reading world. I liked Dragon Bound more. ;-)

- even if I had to read the prologue twice. It was one of the best reads of my year, so far. But I ADORED

I just find myself drawn more into books set in a world that I have some connection to, I think. Though I don't have any dragons living in my neighborhood, I am more familar with NYC and the southern coast and penthouses, than I am with times of another century and mental understanding. =)
