We did that last year, and reading it only made me more angry. I was ranting in the middle of class then the teacher had the nerve to say, "But if you were in their situation, wouldn't you do the same thing?" WHAT?! Fucking no! No, I would not kill myself over some little punk I just met and I wouldn't be in love with him either! That was basically the reaction of my entire class and she looks back, bewildered. "You wouldn't? Really?" -.-

The 1968 version is better than the 1996 version. We had to watch both. The only thing good about it was Leonardo DeCaprio.
